1 /5 Gabriela Lazaro: Noemi from Dr. Latamendis office provides terrible customer service! Please, if you dont like your job, if answering patients question annoys you, or if you are simply not happy doing what you are doing please do us all a favor and find another job. Patients dont need the attitude Dr. Latamendi I highly suggest you look into who you are hiring. It is unacceptable to have people in the medical field not have any customer service/sensitivity towards patients needs.

5 /5 SJ Guimaraes: My first visit was great! Dr. Letamendi took the time to listen to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. Everyone was super nice!

1 /5 Nora Torres-Zuñiga: Ana from the Dr Latamendis office provides the worst service. Asks you the patient to call and do THEIR work, and follow-up with her.! Its been almost a month and they still have not received my mothers medical records from ER - SVHM. Why? They deal with a latino population that doesnt know how to advocate for themselves, yet they charge just like any other medical office. This is very sad!
