1 /5 Rachael Jung: This wasn’t my first time coming to this place, the other times I came I had an awesome experience. They offered me a drink, were very friendly. But today I took my daughter for her birthday to get her fingers and toes done and it was not a good experience. First I arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment and we didn’t get seen until 25 minutes after our appointment time. (We were never offered drinks and not even acknowledged until after the 25 minute wait) Then on top of that, when we did finally get seated, just complete silence from the nail tech the entire time. Then I asked her if she could take my daughters in grown out and she was all over the place with her answer, and I told her if not I’m just going to go somewhere else that will do it. Then she kept going on with the pedicure saying she would try. Then 20 minutes or so into the pedicure (when I couldn’t back out) she said she decided she couldn’t. I just let it go and my daughter finished her pedicure. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes after her pedi for them to call us over for her nails. When we finally sat at the nail bar, she said she was going to do a manicure on my daughter but I told her no because I had booked for a full set. And she said she was too young and she refused to do her nails. So I just paid for her toes and left. End of story It was 2 hours of her birthday waisted. And I won’t be returning.
