Alex Rossbach Youre better off going to the one in Sacramento or Oakland. Ive never had a particularly great experience at this KP office. Itll do in a pinch if thats the only option you have but its far from being actually good. Youre definitely paying for sub-standard care and doctors who dont really care all that much about you.

Gail Finney Dr. Luke Michels continues to impress me with his knowledge of psychotropic medications and their respective side effects. He is also very congenial and pleasant to work with.

Jose Serrano Dr Cotterel is very empathetic and caring. I have seen him since 1999. I was 24 years old and weighed close to 300 pounds. He starting me as my first Primary Care Physician with a brief conversation about the consequences of my weight at my age. Within a few months, after his advice, I lost 30 pounds. I am now 50 years old and weigh 185 pounds, all with diet and excercise. Dr Cotterel has seen my life changes and has been with me through various surgeries, life changes and health concerns. He listens to me and is very understanding and encourages me to hang in there. He is a great doctor and I am glad he is still working. Thank you so much!

Amanda Weakland Sadly because of my current living situation I feel as if my visit could have gone better seeing as how I overheard my very own dr saying they should put my things in a grocery cart when the nurse was trying to figure out a location for the bags. Mind you I didn’t know if I was going to have to stay the night so one bag was clothes one bag was snacks and the other was my every day backpack with things I need and things to entertain me if the need to stay happened. Yes they were not the cleanest but comments like that in the healthCARE profession are not even ok. My position in life is not who I am but a product of a series of unfortunate events one right after another and I’m just doing my best to try and survive but I’m not gonna bore you with the details. In any case I was not very satisfied with my visit to say the least

Qianyi Lu I broke my fibula when skiing early this year. Dr. Taghavi did the ORIF for my fractured ankle. The surgery was very successful and the suturing was done very well! Dr. Taghavi and other health providers are kind and very helpful through the whole process.

Alex Gamero Garrido This place is excellent, I don’t understand the negative reviews. Polite staff, great free parking, clean waiting room, never waited too long. What more can you ask of a clinic?

Mike Richardson I answer, AT THE VERY LEAST, 10 phone calls for this pharmacy location a WEEK! I wish they would tell their patients that the area code changed to 530 many years ago. Hahaha. Until then, I will continue to politely let the callers know to “dial the same number, but input the 530 area code.” Count your days Kaiser Pharmacy….if I keep receiving these calls, I will be sending over a W9 and an invoice.
