Amanda Konrady Had two appointments for my son, one @ 3pm for a free braces exam and we did not get taken back until after 4pm and the second @ 4pm for xrays and exam and did not get taken back until 5pm. What the hell is the point of having appointments if you cant keep on schedule. I can understand like a 10-15 minute wait but not an hour. We spent a total of 3 and 30 mins there 2 hours was waiting to be called back. They did a good job treatment wise and the back staff was friendly.
