3 /5 Delilah Ann: The experience was mostly positive. There were 4 of us including my niece who is 3. They were very kind to take us without an appointment. We were there just for fun, my mom and niece were our priority.
The issue came at the end when I left a tip for my technician. I also provided a little extra for doing my nieces nails, who I assumed was cheaper.
The same technician processed the payment with my sister, while I took my mom to the car. When my sister provided tips for the technicians that serviced her and my mom, the employee asked “what about me?”. My sister told her that she already received a tip, and she said it was only $5, which it wasn’t. My sister stunned by the interaction gave her the cash she had, which was like paying for another service. The pressure to tip, I feel was disrespectful and rude, especially as I’m trying to find a nail salon that can accommodate my mom. I thought I found it, but we won’t be returning.
In addition, they don’t have kids prices. Just FYI.
