5 /5 Johnson N: Quick, friendly, and affordable! Around 20 minutes for a flat tire repair. Single tire leaking air. My tires are Goodyear from the Honda dealer, and there’s fewer repair shops with their tires locally. I called for an early morning appointment the next day, and they were so friendly on the phone, I didn’t even know if the appointment was made. But they remembered me when I came in! On a Thursday morning, there was maybe 2 or 3 other customers milling about. Streets don’t allow parking, so I parked across in the southland parking lot, which the shop did not bat an eye to. Took my Keys and brought my car in. They found the culprit, a nail. Patched it up quick. The whole experience was about 20 minutes or so, and it felt great to drive my car home. Even better is that their repairs carry a 90 day and 3k mile warranty, so I can feel confident if something is astray, I can just bring it back. I felt the price was right and affordable, but I don’t have knowledge in this area. Other than the Honda dealer, this is the first auto repair shop I’ve used, and I’m a customer for life now.

5 /5 Deziree Jaochico: I’ve been going to Goodyear for 8-9 years, and Mo always does an amazing job with my car. The service is fast, reliable, and I never have to wait long to get my car in. His team is incredibly efficient with oil changes and tire repairs, which is a lifesaver since I work in an industrial area and need frequent maintenance. The staff is friendly and always makes sure my car is in great shape. Highly recommend this location—Mo and his team are the best!

1 /5 yan lin: I had a terrible experience at Crown Tire and would not recommend them to anyone. They charged $160 just to check the engine light, while most other shops charge less than $50. The diagnostic process took less than ten minutes, yet they insisted on charging an outrageous $500 to replace a spark plug—a service that typically costs under $200 elsewhere. To make matters worse, when they know I wont replace the parts from their store, their customer service was rude and unprofessional. They were also very very slow to clear the engine light, wasting more of my time. At one point, an employee even told me to just sit and wait in the store, without giving a clear timeline. Overall, this place is overpriced and lacks decent customer service. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want fair pricing and better treatment.
