City Bible Church - Sacramento (CA)

5 /5 Minji Cho: Ok, it is a little weird to "review" a church on google but this is how I found this church to go to, so here I am! This church is solid theologically and that is the main reason I am writing this review. I was visiting from out of town and I wanted to go to a theologically sound, gospel preaching church that doesnt water down the message. All/most of the pastors seem to have come from Grace Community Church (John MacArthur church) and the senior pastor, Vlad, was preaching that Sunday I visited and he was so good with the exegesis. He explained a very difficult passage in 1 Corinthians with grace, using the previous passage to interpret it. The people were welcoming and my friend and I were greeted by a few people at the welcome desk. They werent too overwhelming with attention, just the right amount :) If Im ever in the area I will return. So encouraged to see a solid biblical church. Hard to find these days.
