5 /5 David: I was in town for work and came into Carillo with a dying alternator -- practically dead in the water (car would not stay running, could not get out of Park, etc.). Despite having a full garage, Javier went above and beyond to get my car in and out the same day so that I could complete my job and get back on the road. They really saved my rear on this one! 5 /5 Paul Torres: This is a great shop. They are honest and helpful. I drove in there concerned about clunking noises my car was making before a long journey up north. They took the time to drive in the car with me to help determine the issue. They quickly identified that my lug nuts were loose (my dealership had recently completed a tire rotation and hadnt completely tightened them). He quickly put the car on the lift, tightened all of the lugnuts and had me on my way. I was so thankful and asked what the cost would be, but they waived me away, saying that it was no charge. I would recommend them highly.

5 /5 Calvin Seely: Honest people, good work. Replaced the AC unit on my truck and did a great job. Ordered the parts for my truck ahead of time, dropped my truck off in the morning, and had it back later that day at a very reasonable price.
