1 /5 Ginger Caliz: Terrible dentistry. I went in on a Tuesday with an appointment at 3:30pm. Seated me 20 mins later ND waiting on patient chair for someone to see me. I was seen by a female Dentist- well I think she was a dentist which what makes believe she was not one..is she didnt know how to do a simple realignment. Pathetic! The asked her how much would my insurance pay...she didnt know this and all other girls didnt not know as well. she told me to wait and they will call another office. So, sad that here in Hercules we have a convenient dentist but the just dont know what the heck they doing. Im a new patient and because they wanted me to sign new patient documents which definitely, was unable to read I was not going to sign my signature on any documents. Overall 1st time experience...FLUNKED! I will never step foot into this place again. Bottom line, if you dont know any answers to a question or even know how to set up a procedure...you definitely, are not working on my teeth - for sure!

1 /5 Adrien Jakes: This place gave me TMJ and countless loose cavity fillings. Now Im being quoted thousands of dollar to fix Dr. Lins mistake. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone that wants legitimate dental care.

4 /5 DC Waiting: The front office staff is friendly and helpful. They are very understanding of people with medical issues. They work with you on insurance problems and payment options. The other staff makes you feel comfortable and set you at ease. They are very good with kids. My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now. The only thing I have an issue with is they dont mail reminder cards for appointments when they cant reach patient by phone.

5 /5 Lovely Manh: The staff was very nice and professional. I am very picky when it comes to choosing a dentist due to past experiences. This has been my second time coming back to this office or maybe more. When the practice was own by another dentist. Dr Linh and his staff are great, I am happy with them. Christ the hygienist has a gentle hand and great humor and took great care of me and made me comfortable I am thankful. I highly and respectfully recommend this place if youre looking for a good dental place.

They schedule your next appointment on the spot, reffer you to a specialist if need, it sends you notifications of coming appointments.The front desk very friendly, the assistants are patient, friendly and go along with the kids and Dr. Lin amazing and professional. Not to mention the place its spotless. Very clean and comfortable. I have been taking my 2 boys here for 4 years now and the team is awesome. Thank you for everything. + at the end of the visit the kids can pick a toy from the treasure chest which makes them happy.
