5 /5 Tim Oconnor: I was in and out in 20 minutes at most for a smog appointment. The waiting lounge was nice and cool inside. Price is about as good as youre going to get for smog.

5 /5 Spencer Hanover: Most amazing auto place period. Always on time and knowledgeable. I’m never paying for things I don’t need and I know what I pay for is done correctly and with care. The front staff are also AMAZINGLY kind and friendly

2 /5 Luke Turner: Car overheated and shut off while driving to work, had it towed to C&M and they took it in. The next day I get a call saying its "fixed" and ready to pickup. I go in, pay $800 and change to for the replacement radiator. I go outside AND THE CAR WONT START. Eventually a tech comes out, gets it started, and tells me I better hurry because it wont last long. Head gasket is blown... I had a coworker drive me the shop and drop me off. I had to call him to turn around and come get me again.... Im sorry, but calling and saying its "fixed and ready to pick up" and making sure I pay before finding out its not fixed is not a way to run a business. I ended up having to sell to pick n pull and have them pick it up at the shop for less than half I paid to "fix" it. Ive spent thousands at C&M over the years keeping up on my family vehicles, but this whole situation left me pretty jaded. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they have done good work in the past.

5 /5 Tiffany T.: They are very honest and do thorough tests. They also got me in on a whim and took a look at my car quickly. I spoke to Courtney and she is very friendly. I came in saying I thought I had a gas leak and they ran all the tests I wanted them to without me asking. A smoke test, pressure test, and a vapor sensor. It all came back negative for leaks. They could have ran me to ground with lies but they didnt!! I feel very pleased in their honesty, friendliness, and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend going to them!

5 /5 Aman C: I knew from experience that this was a great spot for oil changes but hadnt done so much outside of that until recently. I was dealing with serious issues from my car since October. I took it to two other auto shops before taking it to C&M - I wish I stopped by C&M first! I will definitely be returning for my auto needs in the future. Natalie, Courtney, and the rest of the team - thanks for dealing with that cursed Honda and Happy New Year!
