The repair was done with quality, and my questions were thoroughly explained. The convenient location and cleanliness of the shop also made a positive impression. The entire process was transparent, and I felt my car was in reliable hands. The outcome exceeded my expectations—my car looks and operates as if it just came out of the showroom. I also want to add that I have not met such care about customers for a long time, the guys were attentive to my problem and tried to help me, I am an old man and it is difficult for me sometimes to understand what I need, they were patient and did a great job!

Bryan Miller Took my old Toyota in cause the check engine light kept coming on and it was running rough. I’m not too car-smart but they explained everything in simple terms and didn’t try to scare me with a huge list of problems like some other shops I’ve been to. They figured out it was just a bad sensor and got it replaced the same day. Honest pricing, no pressure, and the car’s been running smooth ever since. I liked that they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. Only thing is the waiting area could use a bit of cleaning but that’s not a big deal. At least they got the job done right and quick. It’s hard finding good trustworthy mechanics nowdays, so I’m glad I found these guys. Will def bring my car back if I need more work.

Cara McMahon Marvin and Eric are really the best. These fellas are honest, friendly, dependable, and value customer service. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Their team do a great job and are equally nice. Its the most pleasant experience that I have found in automotive care. I have no complaints and I am an ongoing and returning customer. I dont generally write reviews, thats how strongly I recommend this small business! Support small business!

P Ray First time experience here at Stress-Free and I gotta say theres very few establishments that actually live up to their name nowadays, and Stress-free is surely one of them!!! I came in to bring my Tesla Y for alignment and the quote that I was given online was way cheaper than it actually cost but the guys at Stress-free took care of me and honor the original quote. Not only that, they got me a lyft to bring me back home knowing that my car will take few more hours. I gotta say, I havent had a service like that in a while!!! To all the guys at stress-free please keep up the great work! I really appreciate how you guys took care of me! 1,000% Highly recommended!!!!

O Key (Kyana) David and Oscar were amazing. Super educating and real about what was wrong. They got my car back fast just when they said it would be done. David was super honest about pricing and was reasonably priced compared to those commission shops feeding you BS.

Melissa Hocanson I have a 1966 mustang that needed lots of work. It’s my daily driver now. It has been extremely challenging finding a mechanic that first would work on the car and second do a good job. Robert at John’s automotive was my first point of contact and he has been extremely professional, organized and detailed. I came in and explained what I needed and he scheduled a time that I could bring the car in - it wasn’t right away but I appreciated that he didn’t take the car until they were able to work on it. After I dropped off the car they sent me an email with photos and a checklist of things that were good and things that need work. I was very impressed I have been to a lot of mechanics and I have never received a report that detailed. Mike is the mechanic who has worked on my car and has explained in detail what was wrong, what he’s done and what I should expect. It’s challenging working on these old cars but Mike has the experience and expertise needed to get the job done. I love my car and I’m extremely grateful that I found John’s automotive otherwise I don’t think I’d be driving my car. I highly recommend this company. Robert and Mike are the best !!!

Brandon M. Coldiron Honestly, I could complain about the misgivings and issues we had asking the way. But none of those are really Tims fault. I came into his shop via tow truck on a Sunday and he was closed but answered the phone and got the gate unlocked so the tow could drop off the car. Next day, we find out we need a new motor, okay great no problem we kind of expected that. We told him to fix it, go ahead and put a used motor in it. This is where the problems started. The first motor he received was very rusty and heavily corroded and therefore he correctly sent it back to the supplier. 2nd motor comes in and its installed in about 3 days. This motor proceeded to run great for 30 miles and then the car started having issues again. Brought it back to Tim and they tried to fix it but on the text drive the motor failed and threw a rod. It needs yet another motor, Tim ordered another one and had it installed in 10 days. Awesome problems solved right? Wrong... We noticed the new motor was leaking coolant 3 days after we picked it up. I took a video of the leak and brought it back to Tim. At this point Tim diagnosed it as a leaking water pump and replaced it. This man only charged us $4500 for a motor with labor and he absolutely did not make any money off of us due the issues that we experienced with the motors he got from his supplier, but he never once turned us away and he always honored his warranty. He always answers the phone and even though this was a bad situation for all parties involved we are happy to say Tim treated us right and was a man of his word. Thank you for your integrity Tim.

Rmm Hk Nice place, they are super clear and made me fell confident that I was doing the right maintenance for my old subaru. They answer questions, provide breakdowns, pricing is good. Service is fast, repair to cv axle was made but they also gave me a heads up on what other parts to watch as they were nearing their end of their span too.
