Jess Lujan There was a point where a customer got very rude & demandful but the front desk remained so sweet throughout that whole time. I recommend asking for Neri & Dr.Hooman, my experience has never been bad here :))

Janeth Godinez It was my first time being at Happy Teeth Dental, my fiancé actually recommended me here. I want to say first off you do need to call ahead of time to see what their schedule is, due to their schedules sometimes being in the madera facility and sometimes in the Fresno facility. I was a walk in, I initially spoke with Ashley over the phone and she was honestly so helpful and very polite, even went out of the way to call the other dentist for X-rays and called me back to keep my updated. We walked into the facility and the lady in the front desk was so polite and friendly, She actually made me feel comfortable and not as nervous ( I’m terrified of dentists due to the previous dentists I’ve been too). The assistant was also very gentle with me when taking the X-rays and helping with the process! The dentist actually explained what was happening to my teeth with X-rays and actual pictures, I was amazed by how she took her time to point out and take additional pictures and even handed me a mirror to see what she was talking about. She was very nice and helpful. I was in and out in less that 2 hours with the procedures done and no pain at all! If you are paying out of pocket I recommend this place you will seriously save money! Will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Jade Heredia I had made an appointment for the beginning of the month of April and got seen. On the 29th, I’m suppose to get a cleaning and a called like a week and a half ago to see if everything was approved and they said yes. Then I get a call today saying no it’s not and we’re still waiting for authorization. So the lady in the office tells me “well you probably talked to corporate” I’m like so why would they tell me one thing and then you guys tell me another? And she said “well they don’t have all your information so they wouldn’t know” lady I don’t think that’s how that works. everytime I call this place they always say “well that’s what corporate said, we do things differently” OK THEN CHANGE THE NUMBER SO EVERYTHING IS DIRECTED TO YOUR OFFICE AND NOT CORPORATE! this location honestly sucks and is so dirty. And also it does not take up to 6 weeks for my insurance to approve a “cleaning” like that’s just ridiculous
