1 /5 Brianna Andres: It was a horrible experience! I went there last night and the guy did my nails and did a couple all crooked and wrong! He didn’t know what he was doing. They ended up too short! For coffin! I felt ridiculous and not only that but the lady did my design and it was terrible! You can see the lumps! I would never recommend anyone getting their nails done here. I went back to get my money back after my nail chipped so easily this morning and they don’t do refunds! Ok! If you don’t do refunds! Then take the time to actually do the nails right! Ugh! I am very upset with their service. I don’t recommend you getting your nails done here for any occasion. They had good service and all but I left there not feeling good about my nails. And it ridiculous. No refunds.

1 /5 sohphies london: Well I read the reviews and they all were awesome thats why I went however I showed the woman a picture of what my nails looked like and how I wanted her to do that exact same thing. She did not do anything of a similar job. They were way too long not pointy enough and two of my nails were completely facing in the opposite direction of the rest of my nails in a crooked manner. Two of my nails my fourth finger on each hand to be exact, had diamonds all over the nail and she didnt even offer to do the exact same thing I wanted my nails to match the picture of my previous nails and thats not happen at all. Im very unsatisfied I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I definitely will not be going back for service besides going back today to have her fix the to Crooked nails on both my hands. I paid quite a pretty penny and the only extra thing I had done besides my acrylic nails were just a pedicure and a Polish so I paid way too much for not a five-star job.

5 /5 Erin Patkowski: 1st time here as a walk in on a Saturday. There was no wait!!! They took me and my 3 year old daughter right away and even put Barney on the TV for her. The massage chairs are amazing and everyone is so nice! Definitely coming back!!!
