I called 4 different muffler shops in Ontario at the opening time of 8am. This was the only shop that picked up my call, answered my questions and set up an appointment with me. Ultimately this made it easier for me to navigate the timing with the towing company. I was able to get my car in by 9:30am and what initially looked like a difficult fix was finished within 30 minutes. The price was much cheaper than I had anticipated.
