5 /5 Hamlet Markarian: I came in today for the first time with a nail in my tire. Robert the owner greeted me, and took a look at my tire gave me a few options. I decided to purchase a couple of the new tires as the pricing was really good. The thing that stood out the most was while I was waiting for my tires to get replaced, many people kept walking in and asking questions, and again Robert the owner’s customer service and peoples skills were amazing. It’s hard to find honest people in the auto repair industry, but my 1hr experience in his business really stood out of how honest, ethical and care he puts into his work and his customers. 5 stars and a new customer moving forward.

I was quite stressed out, with my pet and all my belongings in my trunk, far from home and my car was acting out. But Robert just had this way to make me know everything would be alright. He told me to go sit and relax while he took a look at what he could do. And he fixed it for us on the spot. With a smile as a bonus. Braun Brake & Tore Auto Repair were angels on my path!
