While all four of these ladies are excellent at what they do and their work areas are immaculate, I took away a star based on Bliss itself. Ive been a client at Bliss for over 4 years and in that time there have been a few things that I don’t think should be an issue at Salon & Spa of this caliber. The bathroom floor seems to always have water dripped about. My guess is this is because the towels for drying your hands doesn’t have anything under it (a counter top, for example) so water drips on the ground as you pull out the towels. When not cleaned up by whoever dripped it, it creates a safety issue. Lately, the soap has been watered down more often than not. This is not only unsanitary but not something you expected to deal with at a place like Bliss. Lastly, it seems the techs, or at least some of them, can not control the temperature in their perspective areas/rooms leading to having to use fans or heaters to accommodate the weather.
