1 /5 Gonzalo Martinez: My partner went to get gel nails (full set/gel tips), pedi and eyebrow clean up. She messaged me half way through to come get her and left very upset but waited to get to the car to burst into tears. She waited for so long to get her nails and feet done only to be miss led and made to think she was getting what she asked for, and when she was finally able to tell the woman what she really wanted and not get cut off, the woman said they didn’t do that there but instead of stopping and asking if she still wanted to continue, she kept putting product on her nails and told her that what she wanted would ruin her nails which really upset my partner. She’s not a confrontational woman so she let her finish, paid her and even tipped her and left which most wouldn’t of done but she was very hurt. No business should act like that. If your clients want something you can’t provide tell them that and let them go somewhere that can give them what they want. Don’t make them think you are giving them what they are asking for only to make a buck. Then tell them what YOURE doing is better for them. You don’t know what these clients are going through. My partner just got out of the hospital and wanted to feel pretty and get pampered and you ruined that for her. We definitely will not be coming back
