Justine Sutton I went here yesterday and the nail tech gouged my cuticle. It was bleeding and painful I was visibly uncomfortable and she showed no reaction. The neighboring tech who spoke English told me she would put antiseptic on it and nobody apologized or did anything to show they were sorry nor appreciative for my business after when I paid full for service and tip. I even asked for ice or cold water because it was throbbing and was ignored (my nail tech didn’t speak English but kept nodding her head like she understood me instead of asking for someone to help translate). I rarely leave reviews but i just want people to be aware of the crappy customer service.

Grace Simon Hidden gem nail salon in Simi! Super clean, affordable, and great service. Have been coming here for about a year (used to go to Olivias but stopped going after too many bad experiences) Cathy is very attentive, sweet, and am always happy with my mani or pedi (I usually do gel) Call ahead to make an appointment, you wont regret it. Also love how quiet the environment is, makes it actually relaxing!

Sandy Lai I recently completed the Japanese Head Spa training with Debby, and it was truly one of the best training experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Debby wasn’t kidding when she said it would be a day full of learning—every single moment was packed with valuable information. She’s incredibly patient and clear when explaining concepts, ensuring I understood each step. The model I worked with was also one of Debby’s students, and she assured me that Debby would always be there to offer support, even after the training. And that’s absolutely true! Debby is always accessible and willing to help post-training. She’s a genuine and caring mentor, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn from her. This training was definitely worth the investment!

Sara Hulan They have the cutest chairs for kids at this place. Everyone was so friendly and nice. My daughters felt like princesses.

justmissjulie Phenomenal job done! My last two gel manicures (by Cindy) lasted about a month! They both do a great job, providing ample massage and ZERO upselling. I love it. Ill never go anywhere else.

Stacy Lee Amazing establishment!! I wanted a Gel-X removal and application and I was seen right away even though I was a walk in. They were extremely professional and accommodating, I paid around $85 for a removal and an application of a whole new set and I’m so happy with the results !! I got my nails done by Vivianne she was so sweet and I will definitely be coming by here again. Best place in Simi.

Phuong Hai Nguyen This place is the best Ive been to. Justin really knows his work, took his time, paid attention, and careful. I’m just so satisfied with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back!!!

Misty Bialys Vivian is amazing! Ive been to many different nail salons and no one has given me the care and concern that she does. I like more of a classic nail shape and she "nailed" it. Such beautiful work and nice clean salon. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
