I attended a manicure training course with Kristina, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
1. Unpredictable pricing:
Kristina seems to set prices arbitrarily. Initially, she quotes one amount, but if a student hesitates, the price suddenly drops. It feels like she determines the cost based on a personās perceived financial status or some other unclear criteria.
2. Payment to a personal account:
The course payment was made through Zelle, not to a company account but to her personal one. This raises questions about the transparency of her business practices.
3. Lack of basic amenities:
The training lasted all day, from morning to evening, but even basic provisions like water or tea were not offered. Considering the high cost of the course, this seemed unprofessional and dismissive toward the students.
4. Misleading license assistance:
Kristina emphasized multiple times that assistance with obtaining a license was included in her services. However, all she did was send me a screenshot with contact information for some unknown woman on Instagram, stating that I needed to pay extra.
5. Shortage of models:
There were often not enough models during the training. I had to share one model with another student, which hindered my ability to complete the course properly.
6. Certificate issues:
The certificate provided at the end of the training looked unprofessionalāit had no stamps or official markings, making it seem like something printed off the internet.
7. Constant rescheduling:
Kristina promised to provide more models to complete the training, but for two months, she kept postponing sessions with endless excuses. This forced me to rearrange my weekend plans repeatedly, only for the training to never happen. When I finally expressed my dissatisfaction, her response was to call me ārude.ā
8. Disrespectful attitude towards students:
Kristina behaves rudely during the training. For example, she once said to me, āWhat do you even have a brain for?ā Such behavior is completely unacceptable from an instructor, especially considering the high cost of her courses.
Now, I have to attend another training program elsewhere to make up for the time and money I wasted.
If you want to drain your wallet and ruin your peace of mind, go ahead and work with Kristina. But I strongly advise seeking other options where professionalism, honesty, and respect for students are prioritized.
