3 /5 Shikiko Washington: Pedicures are consistent and fine, but their acrylic sets can use work. The two times I went, they have not been good work at all. Will not go back for hand nail designs/acrylics.
Reply to owners: while I was sitting in the chair, I did tell the nail tech that I was unhappy with the design. She also knew that she took forever to get the nails done after struggling for over 2 hours (she had to keep restarting my nails since she did not know how to do most of the designs, especially with the hard gel technique) and I needed to leave (which we both acknowledged).
In addition to this, I asked the nail tech if she was capable of doing the design before starting so we can be as efficient with time as possible. She told me yes, which was the furthest from the truth. If she would’ve told me no, I would’ve changed the design to something closer to her scope or just left (which was something I was originally planning to do). Next time, be honest about your skill set so customers dont have to be at the salon for over 4 hours for a mediocre experience. Thanks
