1 /5 Monique Villalvazo: Today I contact the nail shop at 10:30am to make
appointment for a fill and pedicure. I went in at 3:30,
as I was scheduled. I waited 30 minutes and finally
someone helped me. I didnt make a fuss about it. As i
watched the lady who was working on my nails , she
stopped to go help 2 other customers. She went back
and forth between others for about 2 hours. Then she
polished my nails and stated she would the design
after my pedicure. I said no problem. The lady who
worked on my pedicure, did not file my toe nails
correctly. I did it myself. I didnt get upset, I stayed
calm and collective. I waited two more hours for my
nail lady to finish with another customer. The lady
stated it was my fault that she had taken 5 hours, I
dont see how its my fault when you did not keep your
appointment to me. This is the reason why we
"customers " make appointments. She then worked on
my nails and left them looking like speed bumps. The
nail rep also informed me that I was picky because I
told her my nails had black holes in the nail polish,
mind you the polish was white. This usually happens
when theres lint or the polish is too thick.. I was over
charged. 85 dollars, for what I dont know. I left with no
design, my nails look horrible, Ive waisted my entire
day.. I had to come home to try and fix them myself. I
would like for the owner to contact me or the manager.
