Avo Asdourian I had a fantastic experience at Hoag Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and I was seen by a provider in no time. The medical team was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and thoroughly explain everything. Nina I really wanted to let everyone know what a great job all of the wonderful nurses did!!! My daughter had her first baby at Hoag and we all had a really great experience. I want to call out one nurse in particular. Her name is Tein and she was absolutely the greatest!!! I know I can speak for our entire family and thank her so much for her amazing knowledge and wonderful personality!!!!!!!

Nicole Litovsky Dr. Copon spent so much time with me! No rushing like other doctors. Her staff also called very quickly to inform me of updates and were responsive to emails. I have never had a better doctor! Dr. Copon is very thorough (immediately told me what exams and specialist I needed) and attentive. She really cares about her patients :)

Paul Stafford Dr. Kockinis is at the top of my list for being one of the greatest doctors that I have ever had. He is very direct and to the point of what is needed without sugar coating it and seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients.

Dom Abbascia The hospital called me three days before my surgery like my doctor told me. So they already had all the questions answered before I got there.The staff was pleasant and easy to deal with but I was patient and polite, it definitely helps. I found the hospital to be well-staffed and cleaned. My surgical procedure took a little bit longer to get started with but my surgeon got hung up on the patient before me I find after years of dealing with surgical procedures that the more polite and patient you are the easier it is my surgeon Dr Quy well skilled and handled the procedure of repairing my hernia very nicely and he did what he had to do to get the job done right before the surgery we spoke and I told him I had complete faith and whatever decision he made robotically or incisional he should make the call. very happy with the job he did the anesthesiologist team was very polite and professional thank you all for your skill. remember these professionals deal with literally thousands of patients each year

WF Coyote Misdiagnosed my multiple bilateral pulmonary embolisms and overcharged my insurance. In my experience this guy is bad news for those seeking competent, honest health care.

Isabel Lui Dr. Chow is my Primary Care provider and I think she does a good job. I know its challenging to be a doctor (especially in primary care) and I feel like she takes the time to listen to and care for me. The office is clean and professional and all the staff have been helpful!

I am so thankful for having her as my health care provider. Thanks to the kind lady at Irvine Office who answer my phone when I was having a bad day trying to switch medical group. Her empathy during our short phone conversation meant a lot to me . Thanks to all staffs during past 4-5 months. Thanks to a very kind Lisa Bui and her supervisor who handled my requests promptly. Sometimes there were some hiccups with front office at another branch but it was understandable given their work load . I always pick up my phone and call them if I didn’t hear from them regarding my test results , my message etc at a reasonable time.
