1 /5 Dana Rosenberg: Customer service was good. End product was not. The tech was nice, but it didn’t seem like she knew what she was fully doing. She scraped the excess acrylic off the top of my nail with her thumb, leaving a weird shaped tip. My nails have no curve to them, they’re just flat. I asked for coffin and got square. The gel color was light, so multiple coats had to be applied, and she only did 2, and you can still see through the color. My nails are kind of lumpy because she didn’t even drill the top. The gentleman at the front asked to see, noticed a problem and said he would have her redo my thumb. It was beyond my thumb that was messed up. I didn’t have time for her to redo my thumb. He offered for me to come back anytime to have it fixed, but my entire set was messed up. I paid and left. I appreciate the offer, but one finger getting fixed wasn’t enough.
