5 /5 Brooke Corcos: I found Antonios Auto Care on Yelp and Im so happy I did! I reached out to a number of auto shops to inquire about doing a pre-warranty expiration check on my nearly 10-year old car, and Fred was not only the quickest to respond and the most helpful, but he wasnt going to charge me anything for the inspection (unlike every other auto shop that got back to me). The shop is located next to a gas station. Pro tip: its walking distance from Coffee Bean and Starbucks so you can relax or work while you wait! I ended up getting a smog check and oil/filter change while I was there because I was so impressed with Freds level of service, and I was shocked how quickly he was able to get everything done! He even discovered an issue with my car that the Hyundai dealership didnt catch when I had them do the same pre-warranty expiration inspection 6 months prior. He let me take a video of the issue while he explained it in a way I could understand, which was beyond helpful. I will definitely be back for future oil changes & repairs!

After being really disappointed with the service I received at the dealership, I followed a friend’s recommendation and brought my car to Antonio this morning because of a squealing noise when pressing the brake at low speeds. I’m going on a road trip tomorrow, and the noise had me seriously worried. Not only did Antonio quickly find the root cause, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. He’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about saving customers every penny—something you don’t often see in this industry! It’s rare to meet someone as trustworthy and helpful as Antonio. From now on, I’ll be bringing all my car service and repairs here. I only wish I had found this place sooner. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and friendly auto service in San Diego Area. 10 out of 10 service experience! Thanks to Antonio and his technician—you both made my morning so much better!

Honest people which is so hard to come by now and I appreciated them taking time to explain everything. Fred also didn’t want to do any unnecessary work so I appreciated him for that. I’m so happy that we found a place to take our sons car to be well taken care of. Thank you Fred!

He went above and beyond to get my car back on the road swiftly . He prioritized my needs, listened, and gave no-frills assistance on what my car specifically needed. My daughter even got a lollipop on the way out the door. Shes 7, and even spoke highly of the service we recieved! Bravo on top tier service. I will and shall return when needed!!
