1 /5 Dayana Buenrostro: After going with Tammy for years all of a sudden my nails were not lasting chipping within days of me getting them done I started to get annoyed because they wouldn’t even last a week she kept saying it was my job when I’ve been working at the same job for 10 years . When I told her it was probably her product she got upset. If you’re going to raise the prices and have product that is cheap that is not fair !! I was a loyal costumer and this is how I am treated never will I be going back.

1 /5 Vanessa Moralez: Worst experience ever. This is what I was left with after two hours. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for a tech who does dipped powder. I also confirmed before sitting in the chair … dipped powder with natural almond shape with no color. The nail tech Loan is who I was scheduled with— their card says “manager” the way she handled my hands, from filing and putting the tips was rough and aggressive. I was mentioning to her that the tips were crooked and she told me no they weren’t. (At that point I should have known better and ended the service) When I asked Loan why my nails were so flat and pointed upwards— Tammy comes to the table and says I’m supposed to ask for natural curved tips vs the new Flat style that is popular. I explained I’m not a nail tech and how am I supposed to know you are using different tip styles unless YOU as a nail tech explains my options and communicates the different options. Tammy also says I should go to a place that uses the curved nail tip….. and I should ask!? Never in my lifetime of having my nails done have I have had to make a request of a tip shape. The only thing I’ve ever had known of is a white tip vs the clear… Of course the entire shop erupted in conversation in their native language and was such an awkward situation — Loan did what she wanted regardless of my feedback. From the phantom filing where the file didn’t hit my nail to the aggressive filing and peeling the excessive acrylic all over my cuticle area, bottom of the nails and on the bottom g of my fingers. My nails are uneven, crooked.. flat and not even matching. As the extremely disappointing experience. I was actually treating myself wanting to feel a little more girlie, since I cut back on unnecessary spending- with a special event this weekend decided to treat myself. To now be in tears and really embarrassed of this horrible experience and end result. I have just finished my 3:30 new set & 4:30 pedicure scheduled — intentionally scheduled different times because I like to enjoy the experience of each service separately and to avoid the potential for my hands to have any distortion with the awkward angle being in the pedicure chair. Almost 7:00pm I usually only get a pedicure here, but after this experience I will have to find a new spot for sure.

1 /5 Asha Shamaiah: I got my acrylic nails from Liah the manager , I was excited that my nails looked beautiful. Within 2 weeks one of my nails popped out just like stick on nails . Im very upset with their service. Now feels like Im wearing stick on :(

5 /5 Shela Duong: I’ve been coming here for the past year, and all the ladies always do a fantastic job! Everyone is super friendly, and the environment is welcoming. I’ve been consistently happy with all my nail services. As someone who’s not always sure what to get, I really appreciate how they take the time to recommend styles and walk me through their suggestions, I’m always open to trying something new and they do a good job recommended something that they think I’d love. Today, Ly (Livianz) did my nails and Kim did my toes. I usually go for a simple solid gel color, but they introduced me to some cool cat eye color options, and I absolutely fell in love! Ly played around with some shades I normally like, and we ended up choosing a gorgeous pink cat eye color. It turned out amazing. Kim did a beautiful blue cat eye design on my toes, and the way the color shifts in different lighting is stunning. Both Ly and Kim did such a fantastic job and I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a great nail salon. Thanks again, Ly and Kim!
