1 /5 Eng Abdullah: Extremely rude and unfriendly.
She is not upfront whatsoever! I have Aetna insurance, and once I arrived there I asked the receptionist whether they accept this insurance or not. The answer was" yes".
The reason for our visit was to treat an excruciating pain in a certain place;however, she kept asking strange questions. " how long are you gonna stay here? I need to treat and work on the whole teeth" I told her ONLY to soothe and relieve the current pain , and in the next visits we can discuss the other problems. She kept fooling around, and finally asked us to pay a 100 bucks although they reaffirmed that our insurance is accepted. They should have told us from the beginning when we inquired about our insurance. While laying on bed she said," Before we start the service we will charge you a 100 for the first treatment." I left right after she said that. We left her immediately before starting the service and went to another dentist. Although she did NOT treat the pain, she still wants a 100 bucks. Worse yet, she was extremely rude. No greeting No smile!
She treated us like she is the only dentist in this world!
