Michael Cunningham Just brought my 2022 Volvo xc60 in for oil change. Franks services my 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. My new car warranty is done, now both of my cars are serviced at Franks. This shop is a find. Great communications, comprehensive service reporting and planning tool for future servicing. Helps with the budget for scheduled service intravals. Clean shop and clean car when picked up. They are excellent in details. Example, my Mini was in for service and they found and fixed (no extra charge) my rear window washer that had poor spray pattern. I forgot to mention it but in their routine inspection, they noticed and fixed. Plus folks are professional and focused on you no matter how busy. All work perform has met my expectations.
