5 /5 Cindy Kittendorf: I had my first haircut with Cathy yesterday, and am so glad I found her! She is truly an expert with curly hair and I am very happy with the result. Her one chair salon is a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle and noise level of larger salons. I found Cathy to be kind and sensitive to my needs. She has two small rescue dogs who are sweethearts and rested together in their doggie bed the vast majority of my time there. All of my future haircuts in Monterey will be with Cathy!

Amanda Wagner My mom has been going here for years and I went for the first time on my birthday. I knew my hair was in bad shape from years of chemicals and styling abuse along with neglect. It now looks great and it doesnt feel like straw anymore. Its nice to have a style instead of just a cut. Renee definitely has a gift.

Joseph Matos Shear Addiction Barbershop & Hair Studio is in a great area, the atmosphere is comfortable and stylish, and my long hair cut with Andersen was awesome! A quick consultation and then hair wash, cut, and a hot towel compress after shaving my neckline. Couldnt ask for more, will definitely be returning for future cuts! Also looking forward to the new location. 5/5!

Lauren Hammer Aguilera Been going to Dominee exclusively since moving to the area five years ago. She does the most beautiful work! Id never felt comfortable color-treating my hair before going to her, but now I have the most beautiful, natural-looking balayage thanks to her. Im so thankful to have found such a sweet and talented stylist. Look no further, shes great.

K_ Sulli The owner is extremely kind and friendly. She let me do a walk-in appointment for a quick bang trim, and when I didnt have enough cash on hand, she let me Zelle her. Note: I called in the morning to check if a walk-in was doable, and so I advise others do the same just to be safe. Will definitely come back for a haircut in the future!
