Everyone in the shop is super respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and caring. Any questions that I have Sergio spends time to explain in full detail to me!! He even will explain the issue and protocol multiple times if Im still confused. I really really appreciate that, because Im just trying to learn more about my car and take proper care of it. He also is clear about all the different options that I can take!! I ordered a part online and he helped install it -- saving me about $150 overall. Super happy that I came here, and they will have a loyal customer for a long time!!

Everything was seamless from the moment a tree fell on my car, (funny now, not when it happened) taking out the entire back of it, including wiper and all when the storms started. Arthur (the owner) is the most professional and pleasant person to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make my Porsche SUV look literally brand new. They do an incredible job and really make sure to take care of their customers. He even fixed a few other small things I needed, I felt very grateful and pleasantly surprised.
