Dr leaves me a nasty message about working for free because I asked him to call him some medications I NEED and he refused to do it bc he wasn’t get paid … when he told me he would do it until I got insurance. It takes TWO seconds to do this. Rude and unprofessional. And to call a patient and go off. He said it and doesn’t remember. And then acts like he oblivious. No bedside manner. He has one person working for him. Phone is rarely answered. He leaves you hanging bc then won’t take cash. Like who doesn’t take cash?! And no wonder he has horrible reviews. I see why now. Never go here. I’m getting my records and changing Dr’s you can tell just concerned about money. That’s all he talked about. Never ever have I had a Dr not help a patient in need. Calls a patient to rant and rave over you expect me to work for free. Hahaha yes working hard there to make a call to send medications to a pharmacy that takes ten seconds to do. Keep on being classy. Smh it’s a wonder how they have any patients. F minus Worst Dr. And doesn’t care about patients. Egotistical. Only cares about money. Had no clue it seems what he does or says. Maybe time to retire buddy. How you treat patients from all I see all over internet, clearly paints a picture we all have had same experience. I am astonished at his behavior of a child. I am saving this message. Filing complaint. And reporting him. I would be embarrassed to work for this man. Probably paid the person who put 5 stars. I work in healthcare for over 20 years. And this is a big issue in traditional medicine. Doctors like this.

Faith Ventrello Dr Hall is a game changer. She has helped me get through many an issue with no drama. I love that.

Viji Rajan Dr. David Cutler is a very professional and caring doctor. He explains things well. He refers me to good doctors. I have been with his group for many years. I really appreciate his knowledge and care. Dr.cutlers front desk is very courteous and friendly. I never have any problem.

Bahareh Ramezani UCLA Emergency Santa Monica sets the gold standard for emergency care. From security to reception, nurses, doctors, and imaging specialists, every staff member was exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient. The nurses were incredibly compassionate, and the doctor was thorough and highly skilled. Despite being an ER, the waiting time was under three hours—a stark contrast to UCLA Westwood. This facility feels like a five-star medical center, offering top-tier care with unmatched efficiency. Highly recommend!

Sumenta Paul Really good chocolate cake. Highly recommended. The ER doc fought my partner’s insurance company on his behalf to get him admitted to UCLA and then she and the whole team at the hospital proceeded to take exceptional care of him. 10/10 hope to never experience this again, but will return for continued medical care and in case of future emergencies. Miyako Igari This place is top notch. I have been horribly late ( in excess of 30 minutes) to two appointments due to bad luck in general, and they were kind enough to fit me in-- that shows sincere compassion and dedication to patient care. Dr Alfonso Padilla and the RT Jose Salo never once made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. They were great teachers and explained everything in terms I could understand, with my new diagnosis. Today I worked with a respiratory therapist Jose Salo who was absolutely stellar in terms of teaching me the ins and outs of my equipment, troubleshooting my mask, and showing me what my data means. He was able to address all of my questions, was patient and kind, and had a lot of tips to optimize mask comfort and best practices for maintenance of the parts. I felt compelled to write a review due to the support I received from Jose and this clinic in general. Thank you to this clinic and UCLA in general, every experience has been pretty exceptional.
