Tyler Ann Sands aka Sister Gramps Nice place, very open area, free parking. My friend appt.checkin was what we thought good, but a lady at desk did not communicate to the other check in area that we were there and that lady left. Sat for 30 min. Until I had to say something.

Yifang Ren Got surprised bill of over $1500 for an ultrasound! Previous Communications Ignored: Prior to the appointment, I made two phone calls to your facility and sent detailed emails to my physician, explicitly stating that based on my dense breast tissue and previous ultrasound outcomes, further mammograms were unnecessary and ineffective for my condition. I also expressed a desire to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure. But they insist to let you do the mammograms for a surprised bill of over $1100! The ultrasound itself is only $400. They racked their brains to make you pay more!! Lack of Transparency and Consent: At no point was I informed about the additional digital screening procedure nor its associated costs. I have already sent multiple messages over the past few days with no response from your team. It seems that these replies are more focused on managing public perception rather than genuinely resolving issues.

Lori M Was s patient from 1990 to 2012, best medical care ever ! I miss them so very much. Had to move and dont have transportation to travel there or I would be a patient for life. Best medical care you can find

Angel Sanchez First I would like to thank the VA for two great hires. First Dr Kungys he was the most pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining everything during my examination. Kept it simple so that anyone could understand. His assistant Janelle Spears was so attentive, first assessing how bad my injury was and relayed her findings to the Dr. JENELLE under the Drs order got me a better compression sleeve and she helped me put it on. She immediately started to set up my MRI appointment with the up most efficiency. I was receiving a call for an appointment and it was made. She had a calming effect in the way she interacted with me. And I immediately felt everything was going to be alright. Again kudos to the Department of Veterans Affairs for two great hires. They raised the bar of excellence to another level. And are committed to the care of not only me but to all our veterans. Respectfully Angel Sanchez Semper fi

Sherry Hull We have always had a good experience at Sutter Davis Lab. First of all, I dont think anyone LIKES having their blood drawn. With that said they do make it a much better experience. My family and I have been going here for years. I have to say, theyve never missed and always get the vein the first time. Everyone is pleasant and kind. If youre scared, like one of my kids, theyre good at getting the job done without too much trauma or drama. It was amazing how they handled her fears.
