XD_Rahmanシ I recently stayed at The Commerce Hotel and was honestly so impressed. The entire place is super clean and beautiful—you can tell they take pride in keeping everything well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, the lobby felt welcoming, and the whole vibe was relaxing.
But what really stood out to me was the front dest guy, Mr. Johnny. He was so kind, respectful, and professional. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a valued guest. He answered all my questions with patience and a smile, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days—he truly made the experience feel special.
If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend staying here. Great atmosphere, clean space, and thanks to Johnny, some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel.
