Jessica C So far the services my mother has received from this law firm have been inadequate and not worth the amount of money she asks for and is paid for. Alisa S Thomas and her staff have not been attentive to my mothers case whatsoever. My mother was waiting on her records, which were requested by her office a year ago, a year went by, and she never heard from anyone. They stated they called my mother back in January and there have been no phone number changes and no record of any phone calls. This office either does not care or cannot keep up with the cases they handle which is unacceptable. Also, my mother never gets direct answers, it has always been her legal aid answering questions and sometimes she is unsure of the answers. There has to be a way of delegating this a lot faster. Ultimately, they have not shown that they have their best interests on their clients. Save your time and go somewhere else.
