Donny McCaleb Their billing department staff is horrible and inconsiderate. I switched banks and forgot to update my auto pay and bank info with them. I called to make a payment and update my info just a couple weeks later and they had already turned me into collections. They never even made a phone to me to try and see what was going on. Horrible customer service!

Paris Espinoza Service was poor and slow.
The receptionist was very rude on the phone when calling in regards to my appointment. I was given major attitude and questioned why I even bothered going to their clinic. I was cut off when speaking and rushed when I was talking. This was not the only Dignity Health in this area in which the receptionist was this way. Cornings Dignity Health clinic as well. Due to this, I am no longer a patient at Dignity Health. Employees need to realize theyre in the medical field to kindly help patients, not be rude to them.
