Maria Zhalnina I have been charged for the procedure not performed, that was not covered by my insurance, and now I am expected to pay in full for the procedure that did not happen! I submitted the claim to the billing department to review, it was rejected. In the mean time, my health problem still bothers me, but now I am hesitant to go a doctor again. (I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation is outrageous). UPDATE: Now when I have read other reviews I saw a warning about the same Dr Lee overcharging other patients, from the two years ago! Apparently, it is a pattern, and the clinic is doing nothing about it!

Ray Whenever I go here sth is lacking. The phone conversation for appointment scheduling is usually friendly. But, when you go there, often Dr.’s are uptight and hard to communicate or front desk is rude. Take it easy people, there are more important/critical fields.
