Juan Carlos Briseno I personally never been to the lab to see anyone but I just want to thank all the stuff the female workers there. My truck had died and I was pushing it myself then I was surprised when they all came out to help, even offered me water. They let me use their phone that means a lot and I truly appreciate it because nowadays nobody really wants to help anyone out and you girls were willing to help me out willingly without me even asking you... THANK YOU SO MUCH I really wasnt having good day but what you girls did for me changed that gracias alrato cuando pueda les llevo un cafecito elado o algo.

Arturo Perez I have been calling Dr. Tristan’s office since Thursday (January 26, 2023) and no one answers the phones. I have been calling at different times throughout the day. It is now Monday (January 30, 2023 at 8:30am and NO ONE is answering the phones! Did her office close down? What’s going on with this office?? If they decided to open later.. why isn’t there an answering service? I pressed every button to see if I can talk to anyone and it just keeps ringing. Extremely disappointed.

Gilberto Moreno This place is a headache, even if you have an appointment you ended up waiting 1-2 hours more just to have a first contact with practitioner. If you call by phone, you are always put on hold regardless if they are free to answer, you stay there for 15 minutes if you are lucky. Not recommended at all

Joselyn Gonzalez Nurses are so rude. They don’t even look you in the eye as they point their finger in the direction you’re supposed to go. Anann is so dismissive and his translator made the experience so cold/short.

Abby Castillo I been a patient for many years I made an appointment with my primary Dr Vandiver it took months, I suffered from migraines I was not able to drive so I took few minutes I got there 15 min late and they didn’t want to see me it’s their policy I explained them why I was there late they didn’t care so I drove back home. They wanted me to reschedule but I won’t be a patient anymore. They made us wait for who knows how long and we ok because we understand but they have policies.

Ricardo Fernandez If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Office looks like you stepped back into 1950s. The medical table looked like they just had lunch on it while taking my vitals. After 3 hours of waiting and getting charged my deductible… I had to walk out. Those mismatched uncomfortable chairs that someone donated it felt like, were horrible. Would not stop by here ever. They can keep the deductible as a donation for a new chair.
