Tracy J. I usually dont leave reviews and I know that this comment will not go any further into confronting the very rude receptionist that I spoke with..... I was explaining the situation, told her that i was told to call Partnership about my situation, and was in the middle of asking a question....and she rudely cut me off and said call Medi-cal, I cant help you, and hung up in my face as I was asking another question. Partnership needs to do something about the very rude receptionists! For as you can see, Im not the only one on here that experienced this!

Katie Thompson Nurse care coordinator Ericka Conner has been a great help for everything I have medically needed since my health insurance switched from anthem Blue cross to PlanPartnership health plan of California, Ericka has made sure nothing is undone and if it is undone like pain management she made sure I got into another one that would take me take my health insurance, they did, or to make sure nothing is overlooked, also Member service has been great too. Ericka is a great asset to PlanPartnership health plan of California I feel blessed and grateful.

Jessica Delaney How this place stays open and these people have jobs is an absolute embarrassment to the health care system and to NorthBay. My referral to see a cardiologist went through 4 weeks ago. I called 4x and left a voicemail and message with whoever answers their phone. Never got a call back. I even had my NP email them directly and still no response. This is a sensitive appointment that should not be taken seriously. Such a joke.

Tropic Coast Impossible to make new patient appointments in this office. They don’t pick up their phones. You get the answering service even in the middle of a weekday. Leaving multiple messages will be just a waste of time since no one ever call you back. It is scary to think this is a cardiology office. If you have any urgent heart problems, you will be on your own because there will be no one there to help you.

Annie Andrews I’m posting under a different name due to privacy, but after they changed their staff, front desk and Doctors, they just went down hill. No one is friendly, they are passive aggressive and interrupt you before you even get the chance to finish what you are saying. They even hang up on you when they hear something they don’t like about how they run things. How is that supposed to help an individual with a mental illness? If you have certain problems they will no longer allow you to contact them until your next appointment which may be a month from the last. You will be wasting your time even thinking about going here. I apologize if this is the only place that is available unto you as it was for myself.
