Elizabeth Bloom I’m grateful to have a medical center in town, however when they hire doctors who don’t want to actually help patients such as their GI doctor, Eldo Frezza… it makes me want to tell everyone to run for the hills.

H J (JH) Speaking strictly on the rehabilitation wing, this is an undeniably incompetent and dangerous place for you, family, or friends to be admitted to. When you are not sitting in your soiled garments, the staffs inability to route calls and messages will negatively affect communication with pharmacy, doctor, family and more.
Nurses will hang up on you if you advocate reasonably for family members. They will leave you on hold out of spite, after your issue is "hot potatoed" between several people that require you to re-explain your request from square one. You will spend hours on the phone trying to simply get a message to a nurse practitioner, requiring you to escalate, using all of your focus and energy on simply getting communication flowing.
They will try to keep your family members here and declare them unfit to leave, all the while not challenging them to improve, leaving them to languish - as a sedentary and doomed individual will ultimately accrue more cash for a for-profit hospital.
I come from a lifetime of being admitted to hospitals, clinics, specialists, and medical centers due to chronic health issues - Ive never once seen this level of disorganization and simultaneous apathy in a medical center.
Look into their 2021 wrongful death lawsuit if you need convincing to avoid this place at all costs. I am not convinced their staff are working to wipe that slate clean, as the same level of negligence, stubbornness, and lack of critical empathy seem to echo in its halls.
TL;DR: dont go here.
