All of the drs were amazing when I was pregnant except Cecilia Phong in Eastvale, it was my first visit were I would officially find out how far along I am and she got it wrong in the system that even the assistant was like is this accurate and she said “ yeah just put it on The paperwork” Later on every dr I went to let me know my paperwork was like a week off. Cecilia phong rushed my whole appointment and had no respect for me. She’s those kind of drs that you have to demand respect because she will not just give it. Other than her every other Dr amazing ! She even got my insurance wrong all of my procedures were covered except one, we’re I’m just finishing dealing with them and I had my baby November 2023!

L R The Eastvale office was very personable and nice! They took their time to explain tests available to me and were very thorough! The Rancho office and Eastvale office are both great locations!

Lissa Fraga I wish I could give 10 stars! The front staff greeted me with a smile and check-in was fast. Soon after, Erika my nurse, took my back to prep me and get my IV line going. She was kind and sweet and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Dr Chen, my anesthesiologist came out and chatted with me about the plan for surgery. He was funny and kind. Dr Vu performed by surgery and before I knew it I was back in recovery. I woke up in quite a bit of pain but my recovery nurse Terri made sure we got the pain under control. Dr Chen came back to check on me and gave some direction on meds to provide to get my pain under control. Terri was so attentive to my needs and concerns. I am so grateful to have had such a caring team during my visit. I highly recommend the surgery center to everyone!

Darlene I had a foot surgery to remove a toe bone tumor on Friday. The nurses were soo nice and friendly. I forgot their names but the one with red streaks in her hair put the IV in fast and painless. The one who took care of me afterward, I think her name was Kim, was also super nice. Great nurse team!

Marilynn Gonzalez Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The manager Joana is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find staff that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I highly recommend becoming a patient at Dr.Charles Ho!

Janet Garcia This place is insane. Seems like the managers there because everyone of the front girls here claim to be managers, dont have a clue of what they are doing. I have noticed every bad comment on here is quickly shut down by them saying oh im sorry i dont remember speaking with you today as if everyone is going to put theyre real name. Any way, these girls are incompetent and they get upset when ever you ask any questions. I honestly feel like these good comments are made up. Youll see tomorrow there will be 4 good comments from people saying just how amazing they are. I am a patient here and have been for over 5 months and one of the girls i wanna say shes the actual manager, is very rude. You have a lot of elderly people here who she must think will not complain and they never really do because most people dont. I will continue to come here till i change my ins but if you are able to avoid this place, I would. So the manger is Joann! You are the one i was talking about. You seem to think that your position makes you entitled to treat people in a rude manner. If you are the actual manager then it is 100 percent your fault the rest of the staff is so rude also. Thats what they see so monkey see monkey do. I am looking for another Dr im just waiting for my ins. You know how crazy ins can be also. But its sad to see how badly you all treat patients.

Melissa Hopper Went to this office in July based on great reviews on google. Good luck getting anyone to return your calls. I have been on a waiting list for a procedure since September. Unfortunately I missed the call to schedule the procedure and cannot reach anyone other than voice mail. Good luck if you need anything other than a regular appointment.

Angelica Sanchez My first pregnancy I did not like the office i went to so I changed to this Dr for my second and current pregnancy and so far I’ve had a way better experience. They’re quick and genuine. I don’t get any bad vibes and I always feel comfortable. I even took my sister in law to my appointment and afterwards she told me “i really like him(the Dr)” and my response was yeah me two my first appointment I already knew I was going to have a better experience here. And a bonus is that I get ultrasound pictures each time. I would definitely recommend this Dr. office.

EEE The PT, OT, and ST here are the finest practitioners you will encounter for EDS. The front desk however makes it not worth it. Incorrect info, maze like requirements, and no ability to book without interacting with them. I see them make disabled people cry on a weekly basis. Really bad training and communication.

A K Their call wait times are ridiculous where it takes 20 minutes or more just to get a person on the line to cancel or schedule an appointment. You wait in the call cue but then they send you back to hold in the cue so the wait is even longer. Theres no way to cancel or reschedule online. They need to do better to service current patients.

Milepost 42 Films Fantastic physical therapy department! Carlos and Maria did a great job with my mom. The staff was wonderful to her. Her nurse Maria kept her laughing and was always there for her. We appreciate all of you and all you did for her.

GRACE FAMILY So I recently had my truck break down and was advised that the insurance provides transportation for appointments. Initially it sounded great. Kids wont miss out and we can still get what they need. I wont have to ask anyone or feel like a burden and save in the process. I called and it sucked. Customer service sucked and as I tried to make the arrangement the lady didnt want to schedule the pick up. The lack of support is why some of us moms dont seek assistance. Ill walk them there on my back before I use this service or consider it ever again. You are better just asking someone and providing gas or seeking help from a stranger is better than this service. Less hassle and disregard because their transportation isnt affected yours is. Hopefully someone uses this concept with better outcome for families truly in need of services like this.

Zachariah Nemo Carina is an amazing person she helped me and my mother figure things out and got us on track. We were a walk in no appointment and she took care of us like gold. She made a IEHP PROMOTER out of me with her amazing customer service. Best Insurace in California

Nora Dominguez-Robles Staff very friendly, facility clean but a two hour wait is just too long when you are not feeling well. They need more Dr’s on staff or at least a temp pool when a Dr that’s scheduled can’t make it in. When I was finally seen, Dr. Anne S. was very helpful, got me 3 medications and a stat X-ray order for my possible acute bronchitis.

Wendy Bartman Got in rather quickly. Saw the doctor within a few minutes. She was very attention and understanding. Figured out the issue and gave me a needed medication. Very good experience!

Ahlam Gheith I truly believe that Corona Regional Hospitals Emergency Room is the best! The staff, nurses, and doctors are incredibly kind and amazing. Despite how busy they get, they handle everything efficiently while ensuring each patient receives the care they need. I’ve been there twice—once with my daughter and once for myself—and both times, I was blown away by their compassion and professionalism. They take every situation seriously and make you feel genuinely cared for. A huge thank you to all the staff who took care of us!

D U I had a great experience at Corona Regional Medical Center. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The physician was professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent bedside manner. The radiologist had a great attitude, and we had a pleasant conversation while I waited for my turn. I truly felt well taken care of, and even the discharge process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this facility for their outstanding care and service!

Lisa A My dad was a patient at this facility. He suffered from COPD. In February of 2023 the heat stopped working and was blowing cold air in his room.When I visited my Dad the next day his breathing sounded rough and it sounded like he had pneumonia. I informed the nurse and she said the doctor checked him and didn’t say anything about pneumonia. My father passed away a couple weeks later from pneumonia. Do not send your loved ones to this facility.

Dr. Tawny Williams From the time I arrived to the time I left I encountered nothing but compassionate people and superior care. Wendy in admitting was great, Kyle the triage nurse was phenomenal, Nurse Denise was very kind and empathic, Diana the x-ray technician had the greatest personality, Kristen from respiratory has the greatest soul, and Mr. Soto, the PA made me feel seen, heard, and understood. He was very attentive and very informative about my plan of care as well as my diagnosis. I appreciate them all and wish the same experience I had for every patient.

Carlos I am so impressed with the admitting department. Unfortunately I was misinformed and gave the admitting admin a bit of attitude and she controlled the situation by pausing letting me finish my sentence and informed correctly of what I can be seen for. I apologize to hospital and more specific the admitting admin in this frustrating situation. I believe she has a positive attitude and genuine concern to help people. I can only imagine the strong work ethic she has developed over the course of her career. She needs to be recognized as the superstar and please do not give her a hard time.

Obiageli Ejim At every Concentra I have been to, one thing is remarkable - their customer service is top notch. I have never left any Concentra feeling disrespected. Its the speed and the courtesy that I admire most. They are always ready to answer your questions.... Keep it up!!

Sanchez Yesenia (Sunny) This is the shortest wait time I have experienced in such a long time at a hospital. The staff and doctor were friendly and I got the help I needed. I was experiencing intense pain in my right shoulder that was also affecting the rest of my arm. I was able to get pain relief while there and was also prescribed more pain medication to help me when I got home. I was finally able to sleep when I got home.

Violeta Lopez The doctor works very slowly with her patients, lasting more than an hour to give me the discharge sheet while I watched other patients in the waiting room leave quickly with their paper. I think that the doctor is a bad image for the hospital because she doesnt do a good job and she couldnt help us with my daughters health. I had never had bad care with the hospital. I hope you supervise that persons work.

Daniel Ortega Worst hospital ever, nurses are rude, "doctors " they dont even know what theyre doing.. my wife han appointment for an abduction and they said they dont have a nurse and a bed available... if you love you family dont come to this hospital..

Amilcar Castro Worse hospital ever don’t take your children there they don’t even assign you to a room or a bed. They just have you sitting down in the lobby and everybody’s sick there so just don’t go.

Mary I gave one star, and thats for the few employees that really care! I have a family member there and the care in that facility is horrible! Do your research before letting your loved one go there. It should not matter if they have medi-cal or private insurance. Our loved ones should be well taken care of with dignity and respect as they would want there family members taken care of! Shame on you! The medical board or who ever over sees these seniors care needs to step in and check this place out!

Jamie Fulk The dirtiest hospital I have ever seen. The floors were visibly so dirty. The lobby was dirty. The nurses had attitude. First nurse said maybe my 4 year old son had gotten into drugs because I told her he was hallucinating from high fever. Very rude and dismissive. My son was brought in an ambulance just to be taken to the lobby not even a room. Only was offered Tylenol and the nurses seemed annoyed to help or even talk to us. Nurses did not want to help give my son the oral medicine, one said she didn’t want to be kicked. I will never come back to this hospital or recommend anyone to go here.

B Stockman Was seen and treated for a serious potentially life threatening rapid onset infection. I was seen quickly in the ER and had am amazing nurse who inspite of being busy l, still had a great attitude to me and her other patients. I was admitted within 5 hours and after IV Antibiotics were started. When I was taken to my room my ER nurse accompanied me to personally hand off to my next nurses. I was in my room for three days and the quality of care did not change one bit. All of my nurses were very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. Impeccable bedside manor for them all. I could tell that they all truly cared for their patients and loved their jobs. They all had great senses of humor and tried to keep me smiling even when I was in severe pain. Lots of words of encouragement as well. Even the custodial staff were pleasant and caring. They came and thoroughly cleaed and disinfected my room daily. Overal the Nurses and staff were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Sucks to be in the hospital but if you need to be this one is my pick. P.S. The food is pretty good to for hospital food.

Michelle Adams-Walton Im going to post here so there is a public record. My legal name is Michelle Adams-Walton. I am at Kindred Hospital Rancho, in Rancho Cucamonga, California I am in ICU. I have a wound vac and a wound that has fecal matter in it, when it shouldnt. The RNs here in ICU refuse to follow the guidelines from my surgeon and the in-house wound care team to not let the wound vac canister get too full which means more infection in my wound. The team in ICU have made no provision to have enough wound vac canisters on hand to prevent backwash or further infection developing, as additional canisters will be needed later tonight and tomorrow. And they have the overflowing one on hand snd one extra. Kindred Hospital Rancho does not care if I receive appropriate care. I would think this would be a liability for them. Kindred Hospitals have a habit of responding to bad reviews by suggesting the reviewer take it private. But I want this to be public so others can know the substandard care Im receiving.

Anastasia Elliott If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. My Mom has been at Kaiser for 2 months & was transferred to kindred a week ago. They have done more for my mom in a week than what Kaiser has done in 2 months. I don’t feel the need to have to check on my Mom all of the time here because I can tell they genuinely care about her. Carlo, the rehab specialist, is the best healthcare worker I have ever see. This man has the patients of a saint.

Amber Craddock This hospital is exceptional!!! My little dachshund lost function of his back legs on Wednesday morning. He was seen through the ER and had surgery with Dr. Wachowiak the next day. Every single person at this hospital from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors truly cares about the patients as if they were their own. Frank is back home and on the mend. I am so grateful to every member of this hospital!!! Special thank you to Dr. Wachowiak for squeezing Frank in to your already fully booked schedule, Ana for keeping him safe under anesthesia, and the entire ER team for providing exceptional nursing care pre and post op!!! You guys are amazing!!! I am forever grateful!!!!

A Roberts My Best Furry Friend suddenly got super sick and Died he was fine and then awful..I rushed him in and he had already passed away in my Suburban. I primary Vet Believes it was a Heart Attack.. The Staff at VCA rushed to my Vehicle and did everything they could.. They where Super Kind to Me and My Friend. It was Awful and my Heart is broken..But they Where professional Kind and did everything they could.. Thank you VCA
