Mike Rothwell Dr. Luchetti was very professional. Made me feel at ease, and aggressively froze off several precancerous growths. It is with a great feeling of relief this has been done! Im very glad I made appointment and would highly recommend California Skin Institute and the staff there!

Vanessa Retamoza I went in to purchase sunblock and the front receptionist was extremely rude. Her name is Kelly. I have never experienced someone with such a bad attitude before and horrible customer service. I will never be returning back here again. I am not the type to do reviews, however I feel inclined to do you can save your time and go somewhere else. She not only was rude after me being nice to her, however she also snapped the sunblock out of my hand. Right when she did that, I left without purchasing anything.

Pamela Hamilton Both my husband and myself have been patients at Westland House. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the nurses, assistants, PT, OT and RT staff are all amazing. Who else is amazing, is the chef! The meals are wonderful and work well to address your food likes and dislikes. Great variety. Breakfast, main meal of the day is lunch, then soup and salad, or soup and sandwich for dinner, sometimes just a wonderful spinach salad or chefs salad...loved it and changed the way we now eat at home. Five star all the way!

bethann Lynch I personally never stayed there but my mother has and she likes it! They take care of her needs and she does therapy there so it’s a good place for healing as well as a hospice situation.

John Bruestle Showed up for my first visit after waiting a month to see him. I gave the office staff my Blue Shield card and, my Medi-cal card as a second provider. I have Medi-cal because I was unemployed during Covid because I lost my job. I sat down to fill out new patient forms and the front desk person went into the back and to check something. She returned with the office manager and she informed me that they cannot take me as a new patient because I have Medi-cal. I have Blue Shield PPO and my Medi-cal is still active so I use it as a secondary. I explained that my Blue Shield insurance gets billed and not Medi-cal. I called my insurance groups customer service phone number to check their information and they are completely wrong on their information about Medi-cal and billing and I felt very demeaned and degraded. Dr. Issvorans employees made me feel very sub-standard and it gave me a preview of what was to come from the rest of his staff and his practice.

Tammy Martinez Dr. Issvoran has been my doctor for a few years and also my husband’s doctor. He’s a great doctor and listens too your needs. Dr. Issvoran is thorough and helps in any way he can. I get in and out quick and I can get an appt as soon as next day if I need it.

Bryan Whittaker Dr. Vierra is a saint and saved my life! I was diagnosed with colon cancer. I was still in shock and he had the compassion to call me into his office during my time of literal terror. Dr. Vierra put me at ease and chose to do surgery, which was successful, no more cancer!!! Dr. Vierra saw me daily in the hospital. His professionalism, care and compassion was the absolute best. His office staff were top notch as well. Thank you Dr. Vierra for saving my life.

Diane Kremer Went to Dr Ganeles in 2022 after being diagnosed with stage 4 MBC. She was straightforward and caring from the beginning. Her treatment recommendation took my tumor from 2.8 cm to gone in 6 months. She followed my progress every step of the way, seeing me weekly and answering all my questions. She spends as much time as you need answering questions and supporting both my husband and me thru this journey. I feel that she has not only saved my life, she has also improved it. I highly recommend her services. Her staff is great. They make it easy to make appointments and get the meds I need. Wonderful experience considering the circumstances.

Jena Rogers I was referred to her by my PCP in Montage (very dissatisfied with her) because my left hand was trembling. I guess I was referred for blood work originally. I didnt realize at the time that she was searching for cancer, based on low white blood count... Had CT scan for midsection organs and found nothing. Had mammogram and found nothing. I guess my hand trembling was never considered as a possible symptom that I HAD A BRAIN TUMOR/CANCER that was never checked out! Wasnt till I had a deblitating seizure couple years later that it was found at SVMH emergency. I still feel wronged by them. 4 years in remission now thanks to UCSF NEURO team.

Allison Wills Serrano Dr. Papathomas worked with me throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery of my baby boy this May. I cannot say enough good things about her. She took the time to answer all my questions, and discuss everything with both my husband and I. She is also extremely knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon. I am so happy to have worked with her for my first preganancy as I knew I was in good hands!

Taylor Maze I saw Dr Papathomas throughout my pregnancy and she also delivered my baby. She was very knowledgeable and always answered my questions throughly. I will be using her again for my next pregnancy!

Allison Lovelace Dr. Franklin is the best primary care doctor I have ever seen, and this is saying a lot, because our family is active military and Ive moved 9 times across the country. He is thorough in his examinations, including evaluating blood work to look for indicators for underlying conditions. It took me 6 months to get an appointment with him at the time, but it was well worth the wait. Thank you for your SUPERB service to the community Dr. Franklin! Kaisa Young Dr Franklin is through and professional. He listened to my questions and concerns and he had answers for me. I had a terrible experience previously with PA Jennifer, but I wanted to meet Dr. Franklin and re-evaluate this practice by meeting the doctor. I had a very nice visit this time. The staff and Dr. Franklin made me feel comfortable. They were efficient, professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Hung Yiying I just delivered my baby in May:) Dr. Ramseur is an amazing doctor with passion in his job! Every time we saw him, he was enthusiastic and gave us positive energy! And he delivers his patients as much as he can. I really appreciate the experience we have with him.

Cathie Young This is not the place for patient care! I felt like a dollar sign not a human. I was refused service unless I paid an undisclosed amount above my quoted patient responsibility. No transparency about the charges. No one listened to me.

J Burd I highly recommend Dr. Rubin! She lovingly helped me through my cancer treatment during the pandemic. She went out of her way to help make my cancer treatments easier. She is a professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, kind, patient, and compassionate. I couldn’t ask for more! The staff is great, especially my nurse Mallory and the talented lab techs. Calla Boo I had requested images for studies from medical records who told me to go to mychart. Then I called the Diagnostic Imaging department who said I can request it through Medical records or go to Marina since we live close to Marina. I went as suggested and the people there just did not seem to want me to request images from them and did not make me feel welcome. I had to go twice since my doctor also wanted a images from a different modality. Inside of sending me through hoops and hurdles if the Medical Records department would have just said they would take care of it, it would have been better. Instead I felt I was given the run around and then felt even worse requesting my own records.

Jaia Lin The Doctors are great but LORDY scheduling is getting ridiculous! I was just trying to book my kids well-child visits and was told that I have to follow MPPG on social media to find out when they’re releasing my doctors new schedule 6 months out!!! OR if I’m not on social media I have to call them every day the next couple of weeks to find out when the schedule opens 6 months out because they don’t know until that day. Plus often when I call you’re on hold 40 minutes! As if parents have that kind of time! Please MPPG, make scheduling easy for us like all other pediatricians I’ve ever seen before and just let us call and schedule an appointment for our doctor’s next available date!

Tara Vavrik I love the doctors here. However, the scheduling staff and policies are making me want to pull my hair out. I try to book my infants appointments at the office but they wont let me book 3 months in advance. So that means I have to call a 2 months before. I call 2 months before, the schedule is either all booked up or not available. So I call a month in advance the day they say to call at the minute they open. I was on hold for over AN HOUR!!!! Im debating on switching at this point because they cant get it together.

Alexis Maceira I felt totally dismissed and unheard and they just kept trying to push pain meds on me for an obvious infection and said it is getting better even though I was literally in tears as he pushed DIRECTLY onto the area I said hurt and I even told him the pain had increased since my last visit. but he obviously did not care and kept arguing with me about it. He didnt even bring up one of the issues the radiologist put on their report until *I* brought it up and then told me basically not to worry about it or get my own referral from my insurance. Zero stars.

Chris H Id give Dr Vierra 10 stars if I could. He has been nothing short of amazing. He no doubt is a great surgeon but what my wife and I are most grateful for is his bedside manner and his caring. He looked at her case and had his team call and get us in early which probably saved us from the worst weekend of our lives and then with a completely booked schedule got her in the very next business day because of the urgent nature of things. As soon as he got results of tests he let us know as soon as he knew and didnt make us wait a minute longer than we had to. We would have had to wait 2 days for results from the normal Dr, instead he reached out personally within minutes of him getting them. He just gets it and does everything he can for his patients. Amazing person and Doctor.

Dora Lott I struggled to decide between 4 and 5 stars because I had a really long wait due to only one provider being available. I decided on 5 because every staff member made it as easy as possible. I was able to go home and wait rather than stay in the waiting room, and received a call when my time was approaching. In my experience, clinics aren’t organized enough to allow for that. All the desk staff and people on the phone were super nice, as well as the doctor and nurses!

A Absolutely horrible, horrible service. Took my dad in with for chest pain and flu like symptoms. We wound up waiting in the lobby for 3.5 hours after we were told there was only one doctor at the clinic. Then the nurse took us in to the doctor’s room and she said “doctor will be right in”. Took the doctor 1 hour to show up. So we had to wait 4.5 hours to be seen by the doctor. I don’t understand what how medical is practiced in this state anymore.
