Marilyn Goldman Katie did an amazing job of educating me about the process of knee replacement surgery. She answered all my questions easily and was reassuring about concerns I had. She was genial, professional and seems to have a remarkable measure of common sense and good humor.

Amanda Roe My 3 daughters see Dr Reeves and she’s been great. The office staff is nice, office is clean and modern, and Dr Reeves is very caring and full of knowledge. I appreciate being able to do zoom appointments during Covid as well as in-person when needed for things like vaccines.

Miss Turnbaugh Dr Reeves is wonderful. I have a preteen that took right to her aka she asked questions and for answers she understood. As a parent I appreciated the willingness to share information and her lack of “clock watching” or treating my dayghter’s appointment like a patient factory mill! I am sure some patients of other providers can appreciate that - you get 15 minutes then you must go and only one subject may be covered. Dr Reeves didn’t do this and she was still on time. So I add an extra kudos to the front desk staff for scheduling with “thought”. Meaning they consider the patient and the doctor when putting together a daily calendar! Applause!

Wink Grelis Friendly, helpful staff; world-class surgeon. All interactions with Dr. Ward were 5-star. At my initial consult, Dr. Ward took time to answers my questions and follow-up messages fully; very personable and thorough. Surgery results are awesome: at 2 weeks post surgery (knee replacement) outpatient PT cleared me to drive and I dont need a walker. Looking forward to returning to tennis in the future. Thank you!

At the pre-surgery meeting, Dr. Ward went through all my questions carefully with respect and care given me even more confidence about the upcoming procedure and how to maximize my recovery success. Woodys Fences We cant say enough about our Pediatrician Dr. F. Ulloa. He has been our doctor for over 35 years now. He has helped raise our children with excellent attention to their health and ours. We always had a pleasant doctor visit with him and his advise was always spot on. Even as we all have gotten older he continues to help with our doctoring needs. Anne Fuchs-Chesney I definitely recommend Dr. Peter Callander for hip surgery. From my experience, hes a very good surgeon & a nice man. It would be helpful if the office did not have to overbook & cause long waits but I guess the alternative is waiting many months to see the doctor.

Mindy Rosenberg I give Dr. Callander my highest recommendation for my hip replacement surgery. His team is flawless in follow-through, the type of written and verbal information they provide patients and questions that are answered. If you just follow what they say, you will have all the necessary information to have a successful outcome. Dr. Callander, was direct, supportive, took my specific needs into consideration (higher risk for post surgical infection) and acted appropriately which resulted a smooth and easy recovery process. I am extremely grateful.

Alex Ogloza Dr. Haas was incredibly patient and understanding. Maybe the best doctor Ive had yet to date. Thank you Dr. Haas! Edit: Reduced my review to 3 stars. Got some bloodwork done but never heard back on the results. Scheduled a zoom meeting to find out if everything was okay and was billed for it. Youd think theyd at least send you an "all clear" email? Every other doctor Ive had did at least. Care was still great though, so okay with keeping it at 3.

Tony Cutler I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon for about 11 years. Throughout this time he has proven to be an excellent primary care physician. He will recommend tests that may be an inconvenience but I always complete them knowing that he has my best interests at heart. The most important aspect in the relationship is that I have developed a trust that allows me to approach him with any problem I may have. Good doctors are hard to find and I definitely plan to continue seeing Dr. Gordon.

ANTHONY CUTLER Dr. Gordon is always thorough and receptive to my needs Ive been with Dr. Gordon for a very long time now. I find it important to have a physician with whom I feel comfortable discussing any problems I may be experiencing. I have never seen him react in a judgmental or surprised manner, I have a feeling he has heard it all before. I plan on continuing the relationship until he retires or something befalls me.

Nubby Shober Dr. Teasdale is an absolute straight-shooter who will tell you only the truth about what can or cant be done with your condition, and whether or not he can help you. Id referred and received Acupuncture patients from Dr. Teasdale at various times during the 2000s; but only saw him as a patient in 2016 for complications from a bike injury. He really knows his stuff. You just cant beat 35 years of experience. Having said all that, his receptionist is very protective of him, to the point of being rude. Bring her flowers or chocolate or something.

Cellulosetraffic Non “Non-CelluloseTraffic” Dr Harless was fully present with good sense of humor. I was glad to have him assess me and would schedule with him in the future if need arose. Patricia C. UPDATE 03/11/25: I wrote a review on Jan. 28th, 2025, and received a response (I supposed by an AI) on Jan. 30, 2025 asking me to contact them via email for further assistance. I emailed them on Feb. 9, 2024. It is been over a month and I have not heard from anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I need a resolution... Calls are not answered and emails are ignored. Kaiser is a big company and my problem most likely is a minute problem for the company but for me it is not since the bill for the visit where I was not helped but surely discriminated and mistreated does not stop coming to my house. ORIGINAL REVIEW 01/28/25: ER experience: Dr. ALYSSA KIMBERLY SCHRAGE assisted me. She was rude, condescending, heartless and A RACIST. I had a horrible headache, I couldnt breath, my chest was hurting and my blood pressure was extremely high. Her comment to me was "The ER is for people who are dying, you need to go home, take Tylenol and schedule and appointment with your primary care doctor." I explained to her that I had been without medical coverage for over 6 months. And that I had already scheduled an appointment with my primary care doctor besides taking Tylenol for over 24 hours but it was not helping. At this point, she took a step away from me, Iooked me in the eyes, and asked "You do have coverage, no?" I said yes, I now do. She then continue to say "Good, we can proceed." So I pointed out to her that a vein on my neck was hurting when I was taking deep breaths, my head was pulsating, my eye twitching and my ear stuffed. She then said "Well, we can take some x-rays to check your lungs, if you want, but you dont need it because there is no connection between your lungs and your neck." So I asked what about the headache and the blood pressure and she said "Thats normal, people get cluster headaches." True, but at that moment that was not normal for me hence why I was in the ER. She then ended with "Come back if you have Pneumonia or cant breath at all." Mind you the ER was completely empty, her attitude was not due to her being busy. Even if she was right about me being in the wrong place, she could have been nicer and approached me with a better attitude. I went to the ER because I was concern about my well being, not for someone whose job is to take care of others to tell me to go home to wait to be dying to then call 911 for help. I felt discriminated against and the disrespect she treated me with was just overwhelming. I left the ER crying to end up having an anxiety attack in my car. I was already struggling and she was the cherry on top. My appointment is in 2 weeks. If my primary care doctor finds anything that could have been handle in the ER visit I am blaming Dr. Schrage for any complications.

Dave Froker My doctor and his assistant are fabulous. Kaiser offered the physical (I didnt have to ask for it), and I was seen quickly. My doctor is wonderful: kind, insightful and proactive. The assistant was very competent. I dont see how they could be better.

Gail Lester Dr. Kenning listened well, was well versed on my recent medical events, responded to each of them, ordered needed tests, discussed with me how to proceed in my treatments. She was personable and professional. She followed through on explaining my test results and also contacted a specialist on my behalf.
