Michele Renee A fantastic place. Staff was extremely helpful said hi and smiled which I like. Jessica was the nurse who took ne back. She was sweet, happy, friendly and professional raise for her $$$ lol. Dr. Pierson very kind. I waited maybe 3 minutes, did a nerve test was friendly even apologized for any discomfort. Been in hospitals and Dr offices on and off since I was 6 months old thanks to birth defect. I have been to horrible places this wasnt one. Was a pleasure to go there. I used to have no choice. Be grateful if you are fortunate to be able to go to a good place its sad and unfortunate that the exact opposite can be the case. Have a great day and be in good health.

Mark Fowler I had a follow-up appointment with Dr West after establishing primary care a few months back. I was impressed how well Dr West remembered me from my prior visit. He was very personable and took time to review my medical chart and listen to my questions and concerns. He was thoughtful and considerate in his medical analysis and recommendations demonstrating a wide working knowledge of medicine and patient care. Note: I appreciate that during my initial appointment to establish care Dr West put the time in to perform a meaningful and appropriately directed physical examination. From my experience too many providers haze over this meaningful practice. Im no expert but Im pretty sure you cant appropriately assess for heart arrhythmias, heart valve pathologies, or an enlarged heart from a 10-second exam.

KC Peterson Dr. West and the Primary Medical team are awesome! The team is highly responsive and good with follow-ups, and Dr. West is a great listener and primary care physician. My husband and I feel comfortable and reassured after visits, and Dr. West keeps us on track. Highly recommended!

Paris Elyse I took two of my kids in to see Dr. West due to sickness. We tend to bounce around from Dr to Dr for whoever is available. Well not anymore! He made great recommendations and was so playful and fun with my children when they weren’t feeling well. He went outside of the box to recommend peppermint tea with honey for their throat and a steam bath at night, instead of just the usual medication‘s. We highly recommend him!

Marsha Houston Dr. Walia is a very thorough and knowledgeable GI physician. I have had GI problems most of my adult life and he, by far is the best specialist Ive ever seen for my GI issues. Because of his thorough approach, I feel like Im in excellent hands! Tho office staff is very good as well!

un1xg33k Dr Tuai did a phenomenal job on my bilateral inguinal hernia repair. Their office seems busy but they are on top of things. They kept me informed through the whole process, kept me at ease and were super helpful. I was up and walking around without pain meds the next day, back to hiking within 6 weeks and back to deadlifting in 2 months. Its about 6 months later now and Im super happy I had it done and that Dr Tuai was the one that did it.

Barry Culli Dr. Eisner is not only a great surgeon, he is personable and explains the procedure. He also is happy to answer any questions.

TJ O Sherman is one of the best family doctors I’ve ever had. He is incredibly compassionate and listens. He has a capacity to bring lots of information together and help you find the best course of treatment. It’s not a big office or a fancy place, but that’s where you can’t judge a book by its cover. He has a great office staff and their genuine care and concern for your well-being is felt. I first met him through my mom when we moved here for what we thought was a short time to take care of her. After we decided to move here long-term and get insurance for this state, he wasn’t under my plan. I decided to stay with him and pay separate because I trust him more than any other doctor, and I have seen a lot of doctors. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his patients. He has truly made my life better.

Daniel Dr. Sherman is a great doctor who takes good consideration for his patients but good god reception can’t pickup the phone to save a life (no pun intended). Two days of calling to get a follow up after an urgent care visit due to a lung infection and all they do is let the phone ring out. No professionalism from reception to even pickup and say their busy or some kind of excuse.

Mayra Orozco What a waste of time, if I wasn’t feeling pain, I wouldn’t have gone to your facilities, however, the gynecologist on duty didn’t even checked me, he said everything was normal, he asked me “do you have insurance” to what I responded “yes, I do”, and he was like oh but still I don’t see a point of doing an ultrasound because I won’t find anything. He’s the Dr, he should do his job, not just seat and ask questions. I’m not a Dr but the pain I have can even be related to cysts, but we wouldn’t know if no ultrasound or further testings are done. How disappointing. I will go to urgent care better. This review is strictly for the gynecologist.

Bob Campbell Dr. Odeh did a triple bypass surgery on my on Tuesday March 23d. At my pre-op appointment Dr. Odeh took the time to explain exactly what was going to take place. On the day of my surgery he again reassured me of what we had discussed before the surgery began. Surgery was completed without any complications. During recovery Dr Odeh was there to check on me every morning and at least one other time. I highly recommend Dr Odeh without reservation. He’s a great surgeon.

RJ Moxx Since this was my initial consultation with Dr. McPherson, I have only that to go on. However, I was pleasantly surprised by his "bedside manner" and his stated strategy for determining the best course of action. Still awaiting approval for his course of action.

Lucero Martinez They never answer the phone calls and when they do they stay quiet and they hang up on you. My daughter had an appointment in January, waited for them to confirm only to find out the appointment was canceled by them, no warning of the cancellation no call nothing. Super unprofessional.. here I am on hold for over an hour only to most likely have them hang up on me …

Maria Zacarias My husband and I took our 1 year old to see one of the neurologist to get an evaluation done, and our experience was horrible. The male neurologist was not a kind and gentle doctor, he was rough with our daughter when picking her up, and evaluating her movements. The whole visit she was crying and screaming and he continued with his exam, didnt try to chance his demeanor. He even went on to telling her "Oh stop it!" When we spoke to her primary doctor, she mentioned that she has heard similar stories about him. I wish I could give no starts. Unfortunately I do not recall his name, but he was an older male doctor. I understand he is a really good doctor in his field there but they should teach them compassion and how to properly treat and care for young patients. Horrible Neurology Doctor

Jenny Quezada Every time I visit the staff is never attentive and it’s always a 45 min wait in the waiting room another 45 minutes in the actual consult room and then a 2 sec chat with the doctor, The front staff girls especially the younger ones are improperly trained in office etiquette. 0/10would not recommend. The one in La Colonia was 100% better (also notice majority of the good reviews are people who are related to the dr)
