Ton T Despite being crowded, the staff were very accommodating and professional. This new tower replaced the older tower that was demolished several years ago, so the design is more modern. It has a cafeteria, pharmacy, Coffee vendor, an Emergency Department, etc. Parking is always a bit of a challenge.

Alan Miller I spent most of the week focusing on the dietary aspects of the process. It was arduous and tedious, but it needed to be done. I got good help from the Advice Nurse about the process. Taking the gallon of fluid in the day before proved difficult; it took me longer than I expected on both ends: the night before, and the morning of the procedure. I arrived early and was greeted warmly. We quickly started preparing. I answered questions, undressed, had the IV inserted and prepared. The procedure was over before I knew it. I received a summary of the results and was on my way. My ride was even on time. I would like to do this every three years or so--not because I enjoyed it, but because I am a Black male and am at greater risk than most demo-graphics. You will see that I started asking to do this about six years ago. I retired last June, and had called to schedule the procedure in both previous Augusts. Covid slowed down access, but last year. (Aug., 2023) I was promised that I could do the procedure by March, during my regular insurance coverage. Not to do so was disappointing. I will begin advocating to do this again sooner than most other folks. I wish you would adopt guidelines for access that acknowledge the greater risk of patients from different demographics, and stop treating us as if we are all the same. Were not.
That said, I truly appreciate the excellent care I received from the staff.
