He’s positive, concerned, and understanding. He knows what he’s doing AND is able to explain everything so I understand. Two of the best things about Dr. Cervantes: he listens without judgment or interruption; he does not make arbitrary decisions or diagnoses. If you’re looking for care, give MFA North a try.

Maria Rocha My daughter’s doctor was Dr. Rabago I currently changed to Bao since Dr. Rabago was always busy and felt as if I was always rushed. The nurses and Dr. Bao are always very sweet however they take forever, every time I go I always wait a long time in the lobby and in the room. Once I waited over 2 hours in the lobby. It’s a little frustrating since I have a little one that gets very inpatient and still has to wait even longer in the room.

Anel Vega-Ramos Dr. Gurpreet Singh at Golden State Care is an incredible primary care physician. He truly listens and takes the time to understand concerns to provide the best diagnosis and care. Not only has he been great for my own health needs, but he has also stepped in to help when I couldn’t get my kids to their primary care doctor. The staff is equally amazing. Always understanding, helpful, and ready to assist with anything needed. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for the care and support they provide. Highly recommend!

Maryann Brewer Went in for pneumonia (had it plenty of times) and Gurpreet Singh turned me away said nothing was wrong with me my lungs were fine, ended up the next day 911 taken to hospital with respiratory failure sepsis alert, spent 7 days 6 nights there. I would not take my sick dog to see him, filed grievance with my 2 insurance companies. Poor excuse for a NP

Denise Abbott This is wild. I can not get this place to answer the phone. No one will ever call you back. My partner even went in person to try to make an appointment for his refferal and they just said oh the dr will call you. Its been MONTHS. We can not get a single appointment. So unprofessional. I have never experienced anything this awful from a dr office. Ive left so many voicemails. Ive called every day. Nothing. It doesnt matter if you have been reffered. You can not be seen here. My mother in law also was referred like 9months ago and still NOTHING! How can this be this awful

Angie Devona I had to take my cat in yesterday for an emergency and they had made room for me. They were very informative and let me know every step of the way what was going on. They treated him with love and care and treated me with respect. Even stayed after hoursto help get my baby better. I think I found a new vet with Merced animal Medical Center

Will Carroll To be honest, I believe they take on too many patients in a day. This causes major waiting time for the ones who have appointments. My appointment was at 3:40 and I arrived early at 3:30 to phone them I was waiting in my vehicle. They told me it was ok to just come in and wait inside. I came in and waited till called to the room at 4:25. The visit was fine and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable Veterinarian. By the time I had finished up to leave, it was 5:10. This seems to happen every time I come here. So definitely not happy with wait times and wish they would fix that issue as it is ongoing. I believe they will lose clients due to this issue.

MzLou I edited my review because I don’t believe the problem I had should affect the staff and hospital review. I am a family member and my experience is just as important as the patient because I can see how the patient is being treated where the patient may not be aware. This hospital has the most awesome staff from the cafeteria to the gift shop to security to the nurses and doctors. Chelsea is my favorite of the nurses because she is not just in and out, she talks to you and asks questions that no one else has asked so she is more aware of the patient’s needs than the others. They make me feel that my comfort is as important as the patient. I love the morning prayer. The food is appealing and the cafeteria makes sure you know you have options. I could go on and on. The best hospital I have ever experienced.
