Naera Avetisyan Whenever I call Dr. Nazarian’s office, they never answer their calls. She is the type of doctor who is very unprofessional, and she doesn’t even wear her doctor’s robe, and she shows up in bright colored dresses, and her jewelry. This doesn’t make her look like a doctor at all, instead it looks like she’s going to a fancy restaurant. Her nails are so long and sharp that she isn’t able to examine where I have pain on my body. She does not have the looks of a professional doctor, and she has so much attitude towards her patients.

Virginia Moon Working in the medical field can be stressful and with all the people out there who don’t even want to work anymore, I’m grateful we have this clinic and all who I’ve met have been absolute sweethearts. Remy Martin Foster The Dr. is was seeing was great and she tried. I was very happy She is an Amazing person and doctor. She gets 5 stars. But the clinic cannot handle the workload of its patients. I was put on hold for extreme periods of time and felt lost in my health situation. because of the medical group The specialists that I was referred to NEVER answered the phone after numerous messages. calling the PCP clinic was almost impossible to get help. long holds..... so i would call back day after day. Hoping to get some guidance. I still need to see a specialist and so i called LA CARE to get the phone number to the medical group directly. Its named Preferred IPA through LACARE, again leaving messages and not getting anywhere. This has been going for 6 months. As of Jan 1st 2025 I am leaving the clinic & medical group of Preferred IPA to Regal Lakside. I was happy with the Doctor, But unfortunately the clinic is unreachable by phone most of the time & the medical group was nonexistent

Linda My Father in law was recently hospitalized here. His care was superb start to finish. In the emergency room Dr Thomas was caring and efficient. He was admitted to the ICU where Dr Phillip and the icu staff literally saved his life. Incredible care. The love shown to us by the entire ICU nursing staff was truly heartwarming. He is now home and recovering well thanks to them. Highly recommended.

M E Waiting for 3 hours with 5 patients and only 2 were called in. I asked the front desk how many doctors are working in the emergency room and she said i dont know. Ok. I was called to do a blood test and ask the nurse how many doctors are working, and she said, they only have one doctor "Only one." For a second, I thought I am living in a village. After almost 4 hours I left. not coming back anymore. Just checked in in Adventist hospital, 8 people here but at least they have few doctor. Been here for 10 min and 2 people alredy called in.

Narbik Estouni My partner became visibly upset and left the office due to the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the front desk staff, particularly the manager. Our visit to the office was solely for the purpose of discussing insurance coverage. Should we need to return, we plan to document our interactions to gather evidence of any disrespectful behavior towards customers. If such incidents occur, we will take appropriate action and report the individuals involved.

Anna Martirosyan Never in my life have I seen such a disrespectful set of people, starting from the front, Ripsik and her crew, I mean the lack of compassion, ethics and overall demeanor is simply awful. The dr is never there and when she is, she will speak with you with the most condescending tone, as if the patients are wasting the little time she spends in the office. They will speak loudly about all your issues in front of the people waiting for hours in the tiny area, they gossip about patients, and we can hear everything. The medical services are non-existent, you will have to follow up yourself ask your own questions in case you have something that is off and basically you must do your own researches. I mean who do these people think they are, I really hope they will see this review have at a minimum a meeting about their behavior but knowing them i am not holding my breath! Please do some research before becoming a patient.

Leo N Dr. Poon Charles and the attending nurse Hayk. Thank you both for your professional, attentive, compassionate, bedside manners and taking care of my father at the ER. The initial check-in was effortless and fast. The girls at the front did an awesome job on that as well. The staff were amazing, friendly and wonderful people. There was a second nurse he was very nice also (i forgot his name.) Overall, A+ which is hard to come by now a days in CA hospitals. Once again thank you staff for such an amazing job! Id highly recommend anyone to go with a piece of mind if in need of an emergency service knowing youll be treated as priority and be in good hands.

Johnny Blues Been here so long waiting almost 2 hours now. Barely anyone here and they keep skipping me. Havent even called me for the check in exam. The place is dirty tonight and smells bad. Its really hot in here. The bathrooms are disgusting and the vending machine is broken and took my money. Ill never come back here.

pshoan Wife had severe abdomen pain. Called 911. Guys showed up in 7 minutes. Took her here in 10 minutes. Sat with her until she got a bed in ER (30 minutes) All the doctors and nurses in ER were attentive, very polite and professional. Never refused to answer my stupid questions and discuss my amateur theories. Ran a bunch of tests: blood, ultrasound, MRI Discovered appendicitis after 7 hours of testing Surgery in 1 hour after the diagnosis Done My wife is alive and well all thanks to these incredible people P.S. on top of that the hospital is very clean and modern

Narmer Preciado I wish I could give this place negative stars. Terrible experience. The office is small and located on a the campus of Thomas Edison school. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over an hour. Dr. Garduno was unprofessional, combative, and even said, I don’t care. This doctor is definitely in need of retirement—a 90-year-old, cranky man! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Arielle Padilla It’s upsetting with healthcare already being a mess. Finding good care is also becoming a problem. But this office just needs a revamp and more help I imagine. The main doctor for this office is also getting to retirement age to say nicely. Only 1 woman was fair and I argued with her. I told my grandma we would find her different primary care. Hopefully they can get it together here.

Sharnette Reese I was in there the nurses in the mental ward are so rude they dont care about the people all they care about is the money that part of the hospital should be shut down its really dirty the covers are not clean the staff tryed to still my money and belongings before I left someone needs to check on the patient in there all you hear is screaming all day they beat some of them for no reason I wouldnt never want to receive help from them ever again

Inga Kirakosian The worst hospital and icu staff! Stay away from this hospital. Several of my relatives have passed from sepsis and I even wonder if they report these to appropriate health authorities!

Julia Negom My doctor was great. This review is about the facility, not the doctor. Prepare to pay much more than the estimated cost they provide you with each visit. Their billing department will add hospital bed charge to each visit, which will increase your copayment dramatically, about four times of estimated. Not sure why they even provide and make you sign the estimated cost, if it is so inaccurate. Their phone billing support is outside of country, and not able to resolve any issues. They are billing for a hospital bed, even you are not hospitalized, just because their facility is located next to the hospital.
