Sherry Ferreira I do not know how this dr has such a high score.. But my experience yesterday was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. He made me feel unwelcome, and I left crying so much. I was in such disbelief that a provider even would think to treat someone this way. His staff is absolutely amazing. I loved them! And he was recommended by a few people. But my experience I would rate 0 stars if I could. If you hate your job that much, retire. But do not treat people this way.

Bunny Rabbit Goodness there is a Big sign hanging in front of Doctor business, saying Dr Roy Chan, is accepting new patiences. I have been trying to get through and left messages and no one calls me back. I must move forward and look for another physician and people that answer their phones and take it seriously that you need to see the doctor. Note: why even put a big sign up that this doctors accepting new patients when its false advertisement??

Lily Dl Very helpful/explanatory/kind. Dr. Entabi and his staff scheduled me as soon as possible once my insurance went through. He was nice , quick, and answered any questions I had and when I asked for no student doctors , all my wishes were respected. His Fowler office is comfortable/clean and Adventist Health where I had my surgery was just fine.

Ashley Raney If I could give him and his office no stars I would! They are completely unprofessional! November 21st the Dr. never showed up to my apt time, the assistants in the office I was seeing him at couldn’t get ahold of him and didn’t know where he was so they assumed he was in surgery. I left and asked them to have him call me which he did 6 hours later! He called me and didn’t even have my chart in front of him and questioned me on who told me I had gull stones. I had a scan done that showed them, if he had my file he would know that. Then he told me his office was going to call me in a week to schedule. They never called I had to call them 2 weeks later just to be scheduled. My original date was Feb 3rd then they called me the Monday before Christmas and told me to come in for surgery December 30th. Its now Friday, 2 days before my surgery and I still never got any paper work for my pre op and I have Been calling that office for DAYS trying to get information with no luck on anyone answering. I finally got ahold of someone just to be told that my paper work wasn’t approved on time with my insurance when they have had a week to figure it out! So now I’m out of work for two weeks because this office fails to communicate and submit stuff on time. DONT GO HERE if you want professional work done.

Liz Carmichael I think this place is wonderful. My first visit I received a back support, a neck support and a tins unit. They have a clean office and much better service than other pain management that I have experienced.

Kevin Capper I have been to Central Valley Pain Management multiple times since late 2015 for steroid injections into my spinal canal as well as intramuscular injections for chronic back pain. Dr. Grandhe and all of the other staff are very courteous, and they explain thouroughly what they are going to do and what to expect. They have gone above and beyond to try to releive my pain, and they are currently trying to get me approved for a spinal cord stimulator through the V.A.s Veterans Choice Program. The staff here are very respectful and professional, and I would recommend this business to anyone seeking relief from pain.

Emma Morena Aguilar The Doctor Contreras is great. He is a bilingual Doctor which is amazing for all the Spanish speaking patients. The staff is very polite but could be a little better in not taking too much time to help the patients.

Veronica Lady in the front to old for the job in the clinic she offers bad customer service and she is not even organized with the patients waiting list. I had my appointment at 9:00am I been waiting for a dam hour. I don’t understand why in the world this clinic gives appointment if they don’t have no respect ✊ for my appointment time. I came in with appointment and the lady in charge of calling the patient call first the people who came in with out appointment. So what’s the point of getting an appointment if this employee don’t care about my appointment. Not coming back don’t think you are the only clinic here in Tulare.

willis higdon My mother inlaw has been here for less then 2 days and waited 3 hours for water and when it did come there was spoiled milk in it. Asked from assistance to use the restroom and 3 hours later still no one to take her to the rest room.

Linzi Alexander APS was filled and state confirmed that my mother was being neglected. Meds were not given, she was not being changed, her hair was matted , they were going to charge me $60 to cut her nails. The dr or myself was never notified of any physical or mental health decline. They tried discharging her to go home knowing her abdominal was distended and hard knowing she was confused.

Abe McPherson I was referred here through the military (active duty) back in 2020. I went in for an appointment and was told I need to have surgery on my deviated septum, this would be my third surgery on the same thing. I have called quarterly for the past three years and the extremely rude staff says I’m next on the list for their scheduling. I’ve already moved out of state so the surgery isn’t happening. If this man is too busy, tired or just doesn’t want to do his job, he should refer his patients to some one else. I will be notifying tricare of his poor service, communication and treatment as this has been completely unacceptable.

herb keener This guy must have all he can handle, I have the worst earache I have had in my life I had been to urgent care they diagnosed infected ear gave me anti biotics my doc said everything looks good so I needed someone that knew about the ear issue all I got from them was lame excuses why they could not see me. Do not bother these people they do not have time for you.

Roman I lost my job at calf tech because of these people, the most disrespectful staff in all Tulare, they dont even deserve minimum wage, I hope everyone staff member here gets evaluated by a Superior staff who knows how to conduct a real job. They made me take my hat and boots off and forced me to empty my pockets and made me feel like a prisoner with no human rights. I do not recommend this place , thank u for making me lose my job, how am I going to support my son and pay rent and bills now? Thanks alot .

Sheila Griego Appointment are made months in advance and once you sign in at the office it it at least a two hour wait before even seen by the doctor. This man has no bedside manner or respect for his patients. His office staff is also very rude and inconsiderate of anyones actual health. I wouldnt waste any of your time even thinking about scheduling to see him.

JENNIFER GRIJALVA All about money and not the well being of patients. Rushes through your visit and doesn’t allow to talk about anything but what you called for. Cuts appointments short if your appointment is taking too long. Was in there with the doctor for 5 mins and was told he has other patients and to make another appointment

Amanda Volz Fantastic doctors. Very informative and helpful however they turn their phone forwarding system on hours before closing. I’ve called three hours before close and get hung up on. Our pediatrician told us to call with any questions or concerns after my son was diagnosed and after calling for two days I couldn’t do so. Not everyone has the availability to drive across town to speak to someone in office.
