We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience. They were the kindest of people & made our first/last experience of ring shopping memorable. We recommend others to shop there, they will take care of you like other high brand companies won’t. We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! Kendall Davidek Little Relics was quick, professional, and did great repairs on the two necklaces I brought in! One necklace needed a replacement clasp, and they were able to do this during my repair consult. The other necklace was on a very dainty chain that broke, and I was worried it couldnt be repaired. They not only fixed it within a week, but the repair was so delicate that it blended right in with the piece. I wasnt sure what to expect when I brought my jewelry in, since the pieces were both pretty cheap. But in the end I was impressed with the price, speed, and quality of both repairs. I will definitely come back with more of my busted jewelry!

And, it was devastating to me that after years of wear, i knocked the pearl clean off on a hike. (Yes, I took that hike 2x that day...pearl nowhere to be found) The empty ring sat in my case with my original wedding band while I wore my plain band I bought here just for the purpose of hiking.
