Marguarite Selica Robin here... Dr Suh got a good review by Karyn, saying shes so fantastic, even wonderful... what a joke! The diabetes must have gone to Karyns head... unless it was her first appointment... uh, cuz otherwise she had to go to hospital by ambulance, under Dr Suhs care, no? Dr Suh seems to feel threatened whenever I suggest a, quite necessary actually, dosage change or practically any input into my healthcare. Things she should have volunteered, she refuses, for no reason. She seems threatened by my input and although she should have volunteered changes, without my asking, she adamantly refuses to the point of neglect because, it seems, shes determined not to, pathologically, just because I asked for it. As a result, my health is suffering, as Im writing, right now. Many doctors encourage patients to participate in their own healthcare... Not this doctor! With Marin Health, Im filling a complaint against her and office mgr, Tina. Tina literally slandered me in my own medical records. If Marin Health fires Tina and investigates Dr Suh, I probably wont go to this practice site and protest, collecting contact info of other patients who are suffering likewise so that other patients and I might act collaboratively and I may remove this post, if Marin Health manages appropriately.

Alla Krel I would give -1000 stars to the customer service. Horrible experience, absolutely unacceptable. Over the last 24 months, this practice canceled my appointments twice without ever calling back to reschedule. Eighter the doctor was sick or doctors resigned at the last minute. Things happen and I accepted it as unforeseen circumstances. Finally, my physician scheduled an appointment for me. Three minutes past the appointment, I received a call from the receptionist, Laly discarding "You had an appointment at noon". I was 4 minutes away and I explained that I was coming to the appointment. There was construction work in Greenbrae and I ended up arriving 8 minutes late instead of 4 minutes. She immediately accused me "You said youll be here in 4 minutes and now its 8 minutes", we need to reschedule your appointment". I explained the circumstances of being 8 minutes late. She still insisted on rescheduling though I was in time for the grace period, within 10 minutes of my appointment. I requested to speak with the Office Manager. The Office Manager was not available, but I was offered to speak to the medical assistant, Julianna. After waiting for Julianna for 6 minutes finishing with another patient, I heard Laly telling Julianna about her plan to reschedule me. After that, Juliana explained to me that my appointment was just before lunch time and thats why the doctor could not see me. I am still wondering what type of appointment would be if arrived in time, less than 8 minutes? After coming back to work, I received another call from the MarinHealth scheduling department asking if I wanted to keep an appointment that was already rescheduled. I hope the manager of this practice will take appropriate steps to train front desk people to improve their customer service skills. Unfortunately, I have not had an opportunity to meet with a doctor yet but my first impression about this practice is super negative and disappointing.

William Frey Great modern facility with helpful doctors. On two occasions they’ve treated our daughters with illnesses after hours. We’re glad this place is there and will use it again

Ani Mukoyan I have left a voice message for an advice nurse to call back at 8:15AM, no one called me and I called again at 5:30PM, the person who answered the call said there was no voice message, like what???? I have been following all the instructions and it was not my first time of leaving a voice mail. I am very dissapointed of the service they provided.

Kim Adams The absolute worst. Dr. Lee provides the bare minimum of care. Weeks of delays for the admins or doc to get back to you. You have to work hard to even get an appt. or a prescription refill. Go elsewhere.

John Bush I dont trust these people or this place of business, that is what this is a for profit, fear mongering, meat chopping, vindictive butcher shop. Go anywhere else, this place is not ok.

Ben Gardner STAY AWAY! This place is awful. They charged $867 for a very brief Telehealth consultation. I had COVID and asked about getting Paxlovid. The doctor said I do not qualify and recommended taking Tylenol. They billed for a 52 minute call at a rate of $1000/hr. The call lasted approximately 5-10 minutes. I have been contacting them regularly to refute this. A supervisor promised me she was looking into and has subsequently ignored my phone calls and lied about getting back to me. A second associate made similar false promises.

J Betz I was charged $575 for an appt that lasted 2 minutes, no exaggeration, even though the billing statement I received said it was a 30-45 minute visit. I did the math, this doctor would be making over $17,000/hour at this rate! Not only that but I was given a prescription for medication for pink eye and sent to our local CVS. They didn’t carry it. I went to a different pharmacy of my own choosing. They didn’t have it either. Had to drive all the way to San Anselmo to get it, the pharmacy was closed, had to return the next morning. Did the medication for a week as prescribed. The pink eye came back a day later. Called Marin Health about it, they never responded to my phone call. Thanks for nothing Marin Health! Your 2 min service (and exaggeration about my 30-45 min appt) and charges and medication selection and lack of response when calling you about my medication not working were awful. I won’t recommend your facility.

Bruce Perrin I had an echocardiogram done on Saturday, I was a bit concerned when the tech was continually coughing and sneezing while she was doing it . She kept saying I have allergies. It’s been a week now and I’ve been really Sick for 6 days . Just tested positive for COVID!!! This is a horrible!!!

Jeff Corino My experience with this clinic has been very good so far. My cardiologist caught a dangerous tumor in my heart and got me into the hospital the same day. I was blessed that it was found so quickly. The only precipitating factor was a Covid vaccine shot during the prior 12 months. Now i see the Nurse Practitioner who covers for my primary doctor and so far she has been great. It is unfortunate that patients in these other reviews have had such terrible experiences. There is no excuse for that kind of shabby service at a Cardiology clinic with lots of senior patients. There should be an office manager who fields complains to improve the Clinics efficiency and reputation.

Sabrina Nucciarone MarinHealth billing is the worst system ever. The people who "help" on the phone dont have thick enough skin to help effectively, continually speaking over you like a spoiled child. They defer to the nasty word of "should" and think that explains everything. Even if you pay at the time for a rendered service, whatever you pay goes toward outstanding bills but they dont send you any proof or confirmation of the amount you sent/paid or to what service it was applied, rendering a co-pay/payment that youve already paid still outstanding. Its not a generally accepted accounting principle to do that and I dont know how they get away with it without evidence. Its bad enough I was already in the hospital, anything that has to do with money gets on my last raw nerve and "should" doesnt cut it and a brat for customer service representative is in poor taste. A single star is being generous.

AJ Pell I have lest dozens of messages after being left on hold for 10 minutes only to reach a voice mail with no return call. When I did speak to a representative they were poorly informed and incredibly unhelpful. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Brendan ORourke after six long hours in the er with heart rate that reached 148 bpm I was discharged with two prescriptions to help my terrible and dibilitating anxiety. On the way out I was a little scatter brained and somehow managed to lose my discharge papers and scripts. Upon having to get on my knees and beg for duplicates I was pomposley and rudley told no! I was absolutey flabergasted and pleaded for a good 20 min. before finally giving up and walking home in traffic hoping to be hit by a car to put me out of my misery. I hope Tami is treated this way one day so she can suffer through a few days with no compassion from the "ones" who are supposed to be helping...

Wendy Smith He is one of the nastiest people I have ever met last summer. I went in there in excruciating agony and all all I wanted was an x-ray or something to tell me what was wrong with my back and my leg and he said well I’m not gonna get you an unnecessary test just so that you can go on vacation, i had a job waiting for me overseas with the state department it was not a vacation but he chose to talk to me with disrespect. He told me the pain usually goes goes away and to come back in four months. I saw another doctor and it turned out. I had a cyst, pressing on on lumbar nerves four and five I could barely stand on my leg. It was excruciating about a month later I had surgery to remove it, but if I were you, I would stay away from this guy He does not follow the Hippocratic oath physician, do no harm
