Dillon James Pediatrics department is awful!!! Dr rupp and Dr. Schleifer will completely waste your time!! Do yourself and kids a favor and find another pediatrician. This place has gone downhill since silverberg stepped back.

Jenny scott Dr.Benjamin schleifer is such an amazing pediatrician. If you want someone that will be very thorough and genuinely cares about your child’s well being I highly suggest him! He is so amazing so easy to talk to and so patient so good with kids and over all great doctor!

Lorie Duff I have waited over 2/2 hour in waiting room and another In waiting room! Was here yesterday and was mid diagnosed!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Deanna Peterson Dr. Susan Heifetz is my primary Care Physician. Ive known her since 2011after Dr. Jeffrey Leach retired. She is a very caring and print Doctor. She always greets me with "So happy to see you" she does a thorough exam. She goes over my labs and meds. Sometimes I had to call her after business hours. Always oliet

Deloren Rogue Dr Heifetz was a former doctor of mine until she stopped taking my insurance suddenly. I was turned off by her one day after I caught her rolling her eyes and sighing impatiently while I was trying to decide whether I wanted to try a medication option she proposed. This was shocking and disappointing after she seemed pleasant initially. It’s completely unacceptable to roll your eyes in front of a patient. She also seemed judgmental about a personal issue and did not say anything understanding. I definitely did not feel like she cared. Her true colors came out in that one visit. I am in healthcare so I know insensitive, poor care when I see it.

Jennifer Victor My doctor Himani Singh is wonderful. She’s supportive, educated and caring. She was the one of the consistent positives during my cancer treatment. Always friendly, informative and willing to listen to me. I had radiation and chemo during my cancer treatment and she always had ideas to help me be more comfortable during a very difficult time. Recently I had another cancer challenge as I was about to move out of the state. Dr. Singh found me a local surgeon, who explained what I needed and was able to recommend a new surgeon in Illinois to continue my treatment. So grateful for her immediate support. I feel Dr. Singh is not only a wonderful doctor but I consider her a friend. I will truly miss her.

Jacqui Donahue We were traveling for 3 days. My hubby started feeling sick, symptoms of Covid. We could not find a testing facility or at home readying for days. We needed to know before we reached our destination. I called and the clinic saw right away! Totally impressed with them. My hubby said they were kind, professional and went above and beyond in caring for him. We cannot thank them enough.

Scot Sturtevant By far in a way one of the worst organizations Ive come across in all my years. Im NOT RANTING HERE! Im a former paramedic with 40 years of experience in the healthcare field both as a provider and administrator. A complete lack of follow up and continuity of care. Im diabetic, and since Ive been under their care, my condition just gets worse. Im going to Vista Community Clinic next week. My wife uses them and theyve been stellar in their care, proactive follow up and no matter who she sees, theyre all on top of her condition, test results, etc. Dont play Russian Roulette with your life, take it from me, a seasoned and experienced medical professional, go somewhere else than North County Health Services.

Jo Mader I went to Urgent Care on a Saturday afternoon. The complete staff was extremely helpful and efficient. I received excellent care from Dr Rica Bonomo. My test results were in before I left the facility and my prescription was sent as well. Great service.

Kevin Cooper I went to Scripps Urgent care and was seen by Dr Andrews. I found her care to be exceptional. She listened to my problems, ordered an X-ray and took time to explain what was happening with my injury. As we were talking she noticed I had a cough and checked my portal and saw I had been coughing for over 5 weeks. She ordered a chest X-ray to make sure I didn?t have pneumonia and then sent a script to my pharmacy. I found her to be very thorough and caring. I would highly recommend her.

Ryan P. F. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. There were security check points for safety. The only issue is there was a considerable wait, some couple of hours before my wife could be seen. We’ll still come here in the future because of the good quality of treatment is excellent and the nice medical personnel.

Tilly Radakovich Went urgent care, did not know about health express. The gentleman at the desk suggested I use health express instead of urgent care. It was great. Urgent care wait time was two hours. For health express I waited 15 mins as walk in. I definitely will be using health express in the future.

Fabi Blair He made me feel extremely uncomfortable every time, I never want to see him again. He’s awkward and weird, that’s how I would describe him.He’s the reason why I don’t like male doctors anymore nor trust them because of him, he even made my husband uncomfortable.

Carlie Scharing If I could rate this guy 0 stars or put him out of practice I would. He interrogated me for over an HOUR when I went into his practice. I had to go through the same set of questions 3 times during my office visit and NOW, 18 months later his office is finally calling to bill me which is outstanding. Can’t wait to see the number I’m gonna get. SCREW this guy, his practice, his office, and his billing staff. Thanks a heap

The office can always try to fit you in with something important, Dr. Z is always careful, patient and attentive. He has never made one single error in diagnosing my various and assorted over these appointments, even in the least available information. Denise Armijo Doctor Jeremy was very demanding and puffed up with himself he wasnt open to the possibilities of cutting out a carbs in my diet,so my blood sugar would go down so I wouldnt need insulin, he wanted to eat fruit, starchy foods I know better.

Sarah Sprewell This place was great, Donald Miller was an amazing doctor when my son was born. Then as my son got older other doctors took his place. I believe they have 9 doctors in this office. Everytime I brought my children we were always met with “honey” as the cure to everything. Now I’m not against natural remedies but in a world that I grew up in, We were given lots of medicine growing up and I stand by it still. That’s why we go to the doctor… to get medicine…. DR. R. PERKINS and DR. M. KRAMER BOTH MISDIAGNOSED MY 2 KIDS ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS !! They had PNEUMONIA AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ANY SIGNS and told us it was nothing. WE HAD TO GO TO THE ER TO CONFIRM AND MY KIDS WERE SUFFERING. I don’t know what kind of new age crap they are trying to throw at my family but it’s over for them seeing my children. There is one doctor there we truly are grateful for but we’re more cautious now… what a shame….I will be complaining to the state medical board as well!

Chisme I like the people that have been attending to my kids but why is it so hard to get someone on the phone. I called last while being in the waiting room and it put me on wait and their phones never rang at all. Is it a different number?
