Best 12 MD and Hospital near San Bernardino, CA (Part 4)

Vic Im not one to normally leave negative reviews for medical facilities/providers however, our experience with St.Bernardines was so horrific, that I felt a need to warn people about the risk they take when coming to their emergency room. Tonight at 12am, I took my partner to the ER room as he was in severe abdominal pain. After a quick check in and standard health check ups, they provided some medication and injection to provide relief. Around 2am after some waiting, my partner started getting very thirsty as his current medications and other disabilities require him to have water at certain intervals as otherwise, his dehydration causes severe side effects. When I spoke to the front desk and other nurses, they claimed they couldnt provide water as they said it would interfere with potential treatment or, if he needed surgery, would interfere with said procedure. As more time went on, around 3am, my partner started getting more dehydrated and desperately needed water. I asked all staff if they could provide him some and all refused. It got to the point where one of the nurses told us that if we got any type of water that they would refuse to provide him service, threatened that his Medical provider would refuse to pay for the service and told me that if I got him water that I would risk the chance of him potentially dying. To say that the scenario was shocking and appalling is a major understatement. Because of how awful this got and my partners desperate need for water, we decided to walk away and head to another ER facility for treatment. In comparison to St.Bernardines, the Redlands community hospital ER room indicated that what we through was inhumane, unethical, and unprofessional and allowed my partner to have water understanding his needs and making us understand that water could potentially change his result outcome. The service at Redlands was a complete 180 and provided us with answers, treatment, and an actual diagnosis than St.Bernardines. No one should ever experience the level of anxiety we went through tonight. This is a warning for anyone that is considering coming to St.Bernadines to please look at other facilities if the matter is urgent. We will looking to file a complaint with the CDPH so that the situation is exposed and other victims can come forward about their experience at this awful facility.

Cristina Fernandez This ER is by far the worst I have ever been at. The way the doctors and staff speak to people is by far the worse I have ever experienced. To sit and hear a doctor say I’m not going to solve all his problems after the nurses explained the patients concerns. Considering that he just answered all their questions: I wonder if he would have said the same if the patient could actually understand what the doctor was saying or if he was taking advantage that the person needed an interpreter. As I sat waiting for the same doctor to come in and take a look at my father. Being here an hour after just being discharged two hours ago when his nose started bleeding without stopping till even now. He had three stents placed here just yesterday and I know that him having heart history they usually take this a little more seriously. I really didn’t want to bring him here but the fact the ambulance brought him here two days ago and the procedure was done here and he was just discharged, they would maybe get him seen quickly. Definitely not the case. I really hope this place gets investigated for they’re way of practicing: Horrible! Horrible!!

Daniel Sanchez Really sad to hear from a doctor in the ER that the ENT specialist said they wouldnt see my son when hes having trouble breathing in his sleep, I was upset. BUT THEN to hear that the ENT specialist said "its not an emergency and dont bring my son in unless he STOPS breathing", how can you live with yourself? STOP BEING LAZY AND TAKE CARE OF THESE CHILDREN WE COME TO YOU FOR HELP! THERES A REASON YOU WORK IN THE DEPARTMENTS YOU WORK IN. LAST TIME I CHECKED NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATH PROPERLY IS AN EMERGENCY. DO YOUR JOB!

Brianna Jackson This is suppose to be one of the best places for pediatric care. It is absolutely not. They do not care about the pediatric patients. We had an appointment scheduled months out, the canceled to month before and then scheduled us two months further than what we were originally scheduled. You cannot contact patient services they are never in the office and do not return voicemails. Do not go here, go somewhere the prioritizes patient. Especially with children.

Ana Alvizu Honestly horrible service, dont go here, doctor had absolutely no clue how to talk to patients, she kept saying how it could be one thing but it couldnt because of other symptoms, theres was still a possibility it could be that but again it probably wasnt. She did this for various explanations as to what it could be to the point that it was just exhausting keeping up with what she was saying. Even after labs she could not give a conclusive diagnosis and she ended up telling me that my vitamin D was low but that it has nothing to do with my back pain. Staff is completely unprofessional specially the doctor, only one person of their staff was professional and sadly I forgot her name. Overall, horrible service, I wont be going back here. Im truly confused as to why they are a health clinic

Sara A Horrible place they don’t care about the patients. They only have one doctor who’s completely unprofessional he made racist remarks that he thought were funny and he touched my husbands infection without washing his hands with his bare hands! No gloves or mask then still didn’t wash his hands afterwards. He didn’t listen to anything we had to say nor did the nurses there they ignore you and make you wait for hours even with an appointment because they’re always backed up. We waited almost two hours before being seen by the doctor with an appointment, then for him to not listen to our concerns.

George Diaz Got here 25 minutes before my appointment waited 3 hrs to be seen in the waiting room. Dont waste your time here. Literally. Zero stars.

Ale Y I wouldn’t come back to this clinic. There were only about two staff members who were nice; meanwhile, the rest had the attitude that they didn’t want to be there. Dr. Fletcher has been one of the worst doctors I have ever worked with in my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend him or this clinic. The only good thing I can say about this facility is that the wait time is minimal.

Bebe Sanchez This place has 1 star constant reviews for a reason.. i was a patient here for my first time ever back in march due to suicidal thoughts. I actually put myself here. The way i felt like a prisoner, but i felt extremely bad for others more than myself. The guards and nurses were treating them so badly. Arguing, yelling, making fun of patients! made me cry. I even made a complaint on a certain nurse who is extremely verbally abusive but they sent me back a letter saying “this place shows no wrong doing” please from deep down in my heart as a human being, if you’re reading this.. this is the last place i would ever go or even send anyone i love here.

Josie Cota I called multiple times for staff to try to tell my fiance was not there, I keep getting transferred and told multiple times that I must have the wrong Hospital. They treated him like a dog and yell at the patient. They dont tell you any rules so my fiance didnt know he could even call until I called the hospital multiple times demanding to speak to him. His nurse told me "Im a travel nurse so I dont know whats going on" excuse me, thats completely unprofessional. As his nurse you should be able to tell me the care hes receiving. She tried making up a story about him refusing to leave the room and sleeping all day. For him to say that they put him on sleeping medication which is why he was sleeping. This hospital is completely unprofessional! Dirty! And the staff treat the patients like dogs. My fiance said they yelled at him and other, that they would talk down to them. I saw one of the nurses shave a patients head in the middle of visiting hours! and real professional playing slasher films all day in a mental facility. I tried reporting and immediately the next day the staff started to treat my fiance differently. They got mad on the phone yelling at me saying we dont abuse patients when I tried to express concerns on care. Requested for the director to call me back about my concerns never received a call.

Rosalba Rebolledo Bad attitude and attention on patients, looks like they collect money from the Insurance doing nothing. My parent suffer a lot of pain when they do the procedure and he tell the nurse in charge but she ignores him. Dialysis looks like perfect for Doctors business.

Joanna Thinnes This is the worst, most deceitful company that I have Ever had the misfortune to deal with!! They were forced onto me when Riverside Physicians Network opted to no longer cover the area of my doctors office. They act as if they are my health insurance carrier but they are Not. They sent me a notice that they had assigned me to one of their doctors and set an appointment. I called to explain I would Not be changing doctors for any reason and to never do that again. I have repeatedly .told them to stop calling. I block every number and report them to spam. They even sent me a Fecal Test kit unsolicited!! Tomorrow I will be reporting them to both the BBB and the FCC for ignoring my Do Not Call listing. My doctor absolutely hates them, as do all her patients. Something needs to be done to stop the non stop onslaught of unwanted attention!!
